The use of satellites X-Rays for brain manipulation (the Havana-Syndrome) _English Version
Summary_
Introduction:
The satellites use a certain frequency of X-Rays radiations on bodies in order to detect as a radar the presence of an electric current in these bodies. This X-Ray frequency is so high that it bypasses all physical barriers (matter) but it is not ionizing radiations and this allows that the this radiation can detect secretly the bodies electric currents by returning back to the satellites that work in this case like radars.
The satellites use also ionizing X-Rays that are electromagnetic radiations with very high frequency (More than 30000 Terahertz) in order to ionize the encountered atoms and molecules that are able to be ionized. These radiations are also able to bypass all physical barriers (matter).
We can conclude from this that the satellites can scan electric and electronic circuits and can also ionize the components of these electronic circuits by stimulation of small electric charges in order to control these circuits. This is a concept of hacking electronic circuits by stimulating their components with electric charges that have electronic and informatics significations. This means that all electronic circuits should have a protection against the satellites radiations in order to avoid this possible kind of remote control and hacking.
If a satellite produces ultrasonic waves from space in order to make a physical impact on matter on Earth, then these waves become weak and can only reach the skin of humans as acoustic waves and can never return back to the satellites as a radar system. Furthermore, the phenomenon of "resonance frequencies" of some parts of our bodies can not be created easily from space since the ultrasonic and acoustic waves can't bypass all physical barriers and meteorological conditions. And thus, we don't have to care too much about the satellites ultrasonic and acoustic waves.
1. The human mental state studied by X-Rays:
The activity of the brain cells called the neurons can be studied by the satellites X-Rays since this activity is in fact made of electric currents in the brain. This study of the activity of neurons describes the human mental state during this study. Furthermore, all the data about the activity of the neurons of the concerned human being are saved in this person’s informatics database that gathers all his different mental states described by his changing brain neurons electric activity.
The activity of a person’s brain neurons during a moment exposes consequently the components of this person’s mental state during this moment. The components of a mental state are:
- The equilibrium position that results from the interaction of the inner ear with the position of the body.
- The immune status that represents the state of illness or excellent health.
- The feelings and emotions.
- The perceptions through the senses (hearing, sight, smell, taste, touch or pain).
- The Movements and actions.
- The imagination and fantasies.
- The thinking first component: The thing that is the focus of thinking (a person, an object, an idea) and the state of whether this thing that is the focus of thinking is an actor of the action or undergoes the action.
- The thinking second component: Suggestion and point of view (certainty, doubt, conjecture, desire…).
- The self-monologues.
- The talking and speech.
Each of these components of the mental state of has its place and center in the brain, and the studied mental state may sometimes be devoid of one of these components.
The study of the brain neurons electric activity of the concerned person is being saved in a database with a definition and description of each component of his mental state. This study is continuous and is enhanced as long as this person’s brain is being studied.
2. The procedure of studying the components of a human mental state by X-Rays:
A database of a person's mental state is created by recording and comparing the activity of his neurons with the situation that this person experiences during the neurons activity recording:
- The sight of a person is studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is seeing with the color and luminosity of the points that he is watching and also with the position and distance of these points being watched. The study of the sight of a person is therefore complete when this person watches all the possibilities of luminous points while his neurons activity is being recorded and studied.
- The hearing of a person is studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is hearing with the sounds that he is listening to. The study of the hearing of a person is therefore complete when this person listens to all the possibilities of the sounds power and frequency while his neurons activity is being recorded and studied.
Remark 1: A TV channel or internet video can be used in order to study the sight or hearing of a person. Also, a person with a studied hearing can be used in order to study the hearing of another person.
Remark 2: When the hearing or the sight of a person is studied, it becomes possible to study his thinking and ideas.
- The thinking and ideas of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is thinking with what he says because we think about what we say and hear it. The thinking and ideas of a person are also studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is thinking with what he writes because we think about what we write and see it.
- The talking and speech of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is talking with what he says because we listen to what we say. The study of the talking and
speech of a person are therefore complete when this person speaks all the possible letters while his neurons activity is being recorded and studied.
- The self-monologues of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is talking secretly to himself with what he thinks because we think about what we say secretly to ourselves. The study of the self-monologues of a person are therefore complete when this person speaks secretly to himself with all the possible letters while his neurons activity is being recorded and studied.
- The imagination and fantasies of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is imagining with what he thinks and also with what he has seen before because we think about what we imagine and because we use images of what we have seen before for our imagination.
- The feelings and emotions of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he has a feeling with what he thinks and with his grimaces and facial features.
- The touch or pain of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is touching or feeling something on each part of his skin with what he thinks and also with what he feels because we think about what we touch and we also develop feelings about it. This study concerns each point of the skin and also internal parts of the studied person.
- The smell and taste of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he tastes or smells with what he thinks and with what he feels.
- The equilibrium position of a person is studied by comparing his neurons activity when he stands or sits or lies with what he thinks and with what he sees.
- The immune status that represents the state of illness or excellent health of a person is studied by comparing his neurons activity with what he thinks about his health and what he feels.
- The Movements and actions of a person are studied by comparing his neurons activity when he is moving with what he thinks because we think and decide to make a movement before making it. This study is also made by recording directly the movements of the concerned person or by the use of his sight because we sometimes see our movements.
Remark 3: We can decompose the components of a recorded mental state by comparing it with many similar previously recorded mental states.
3. Stimulating the brain of a person with the components of a mental state by X-Rays:
The brain of a person is stimulated with a component of a mental state by using ionizing XRays. In fact, the X-Rays target the place and center in the brain that is responsible of that component of the mental state by ionizing the synapses of the neurons in that place of the brain. The ionization of the neurons synapses happens in a manner that is identical to the shape that the neurons expose when they are being studied and recorded by the satellite XRays radar. For example, in order to stimulate the brain of a person with the feeling of fear, the synapses of the neurons in the part of the brain responsible of feeling will be stimulated to have the shape of fear that has been recorded before from the brain of that person because each person has his own brain database.
- When a person’s brain is stimulated with a mental state component of the equilibrium position that is different than the real equilibrium position, this person feels dizzy and if the
stimulation of his brain lasts too much with that fake mental state component of the equilibrium position, then this person may suffer from an epileptic seizure and fainting .
- It may happen in person’s stimulated brain a superposition between his real own mental state and the mental state components to which his brain is stimulated. For example, he may hear strange things or see strange things superposed to what he really hears and he really sees around him in his life.
- When a sleeping person’s brain is stimulated with a mental state component of sight or hearing or feelings, the sleeping person’s brain transforms usually that stimulation into a dream.
- When a person’s brain is stimulated continuously with a mental state component of the good health, he may become unable to resist a disease with his immune system.
- In order to convince a targeted person with a new idea by the stimulation of his brain, the thinking part of his brain is targeted continuously with a mental state component that makes him forget his real own idea. This mental state of forgetting ideas is previously recorded from his brain when he tried to forget a bad or embarrassing idea. Then, after forgetting, the targeted person’s brain is stimulated in a logical manner with all the mental states components that mean the new idea with which that person should be convinced. This method becomes more effective when the targeted person’s brain is stimulated with mental states components of feelings (fear…) and with self-monologues of manipulation.
Remark: When a person’s brain stimulation succeeds, that means that he gets a new strange idea that may be not logical and even dangerous. The targeted person should consequently discuss all his strange and not logical ideas with his environment in order to not make a dangerous or harmful reaction. The targeted person should also worry about his reactions during his mental wandering.
4. Stimulating the brain of a person with the mental state component of the movement by X-Rays:
The brain cells that are essential for the execution of the movement are: purkinje cells and granule cells.
These neurons are located in the cerebellum and they are called gabaergic because in the structure of these neurons there are synaptic clefts (a barrier in synapses) which are controlled by glial cells called astrocytes. These astrocytes control the opening and closing of synaptic clefts thanks to neurotransmitters (ligands) and thanks to the fact that these astrocytes are positively charged with Ca2+ and in contact with blood vessels. The neurotransmitters (ligands) are: Glutamate (excitatory and authorizer of electric current), GABA and Glycine (inhibitor and stopper of electric current).
- Inhibition by GABA or glycine: GABA is present in the cerebellum while glycine acts in the spinal cord in the same way. When GABA or glycine are present in the synaptic cleft (thanks to the astrocyte), the negative electrical potential is reinforced inside the neuron by the entry of Cl- and the output of K+ which exist in the neuron's surroundings (intercellular). Then, the neuron refuses to receive the ionization electron from the synapse and sends it back to the astrocyte which is positively charged, and then the shape of the electric current circuit changes and the synapse becomes unable to realize (present) the shape of the electrical circuit essential to achieve the movement. This occurs when the person firmly decides to stop
his movement out of fear (or shame) and the inhibition of movement takes place instantaneously.
- Glutamate excitation: reinforcement of the positive electrical potential of the inside of the neuron so that it accepts the ionization electron instead of the astrocyte, and this through the entry of Na+ and Ca2+ which are intercellular. This operation helps us to react very quickly in case of fear, for example.
- Glutamate exists in abundance in our bodies because it is derived from simple sugars. Glycine also exists in abundance in our body because it is necessary to make the collagen essential to make cell tissues resistant to stretching. GABA is also abundant in our body.
This means that after the feelings of fear or shame or any other strong feeling, the human being can fully and independently control (inhibition or excitation) all of his movements by activating the astrocytes that are non-neuronal cells in the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and that can’t be ionized by satellites X-Rays.
Very important remark: When a targeted person’s brain stimulation fully abolishes his sight and hearing and feeling of touching and pain by using a stimulation mental state composed of a full fake sight and fake hearing and fake feeling of touching and pain, then in this case, the targeted person is so mentally isolated from reality that he may believe that he is making a fake movement with his body or believe that he can’t move at all. Furthermore, this illusion is the only method that can make a movement of a targeted person fully controlled by X-Ray brain stimulation since this illusion is so dangerous that it makes the targeted person surrender to his brain stimulation by X-Rays after believing that his body movements are fully controlled. Only a strong feeling of fear or shame can make the targeted person control again the movements of his body after he surrendered to that very dangerous illusion made by XRays brain stimulation.
5. Other remarks and conclusions about the system of brain
stimulation by X-Rays:
In order to recognize a person and then monitor his brain, the satellites that use X-Rays for brain manipulation can use face recognition and also the recognition by the special shapes of his brain activity.
The term widely used nowadays regarding the brain stimulation by satellites X-Rays is “The Havana-Syndrome”. However, this term still describes very poorly the full abilities of the brain stimulation by X-Rays.
We recommend everybody to have always a dosimeter that is a measuring instrument designed to measure the radioactive dose or dose equivalent received by a person exposed to ionizing radiation. The example of HUATEC watch-type personal dosimeter can mainly be used for X-ray and gamma radiation monitoring. The dosimeter should obviously not be hackable by satellite X-Rays that may try to hide the real measured radioactive dose. Furthermore, the best X-ray shielding materials are those that are dense. The denser the material, the more effective it is at blocking X-rays. Lead is an effective shielding material and commonly used against X-rays. However, using lead as a shield or for house construction is very dangerous and harmful for our health and requires the help of experts.
The governments of the world still don’t discuss the issue of brain manipulation by satellites X-Rays because it is mainly a military weapon. Furthermore, a terrestrial station of a
government may be able to hack the satellites of other innocent governments in order to use them secretly against people for brain stimulation by X-Rays.
