Location: 19 Council St, St Peter's, NSW, Australia
The whole process simulates the submission of complete documents for housing renovation and redevelopment to the local council. A series of drawings are prepared as a practice DA application, as well as a detailed Statement of Environmental Effects.
Alterations and additions include reconfigurations of internal layout, floor heights, an additional attic space and innovation of backyard entrance and exterior side wall.
House Redvelopment
This project reconfigures a terrace house on a corner site in St Peter’s, with the goal of improving spatial organization, introducing more natural light to achieve better living quality, while keeping most of its original façade feature and form.
