I love spring time because it feels like the season of rebirth and renewal. Flowers are blooming, birds are chirping and lots of green is sprouting. The season also brings about the celebration of Easter which happens to be one of my favorite holidays.

Growing up my mom always made a big ado about the season.

You could feel the excitement in the air, and I carried that excitement with me to adulthood and now pass it on to my own children, which is why I am thrilled to share ten ways to make your Easter season extra special. Easter is something I celebrate with my sons every year and can’t wait to keep our Easter tradition going this year.

DYE EGGS

This is actually one of my favorite activities mainly because I always opt for very kid friendly, less messy options. This is also an activity you can do weeks before Easter so that you can decorate your home with your eggs. For less messy options, you can opt for faux eggs and color them with crayons and markers, you can decorate with stickers and ribbons. There are also chalkboard eggs too. I really do love this activity because you can have several sessions with different styles of egg decorating options. From the previously stated non messy options to gold leafing and actually using dye and food coloring.

EASTER EGG HUNT! I am yet to meet a child that does not live for a good Easter Egg hunt. Simply fill up candy eggs (there are also so many fun “egg” containers now like cartoon characters, to marbles and golden eggs) with your candy of choice and let the kids run and fill up their basket. You can also opt for other treats like stickers, coupons, etc.

BAKE A CAKE

I personally can’t bake to save my life but I can follow directions really well :) and my kids just lose their minds around baking cupcakes. I think they love the messiness of it all. Get some fun Easter themed decorations and frosting and make magic. A way to extend this activity with multiple kids is to make it a baking show. Give criteria and guidelines (like you have to use 3 pastel colors and a carrot in your decoration, etc)

HAVE A THEMED EASTER BRUNCH

We have done so many themed brunches throughout the years. It is truly a yearly tradition for us and it is just time for us to sit and talk about the story of Easter. We tend to talk about the meaning behind the season and it has become something that we have come to treasure and love. You can even plan to bake your cake a day or two before your brunch and have it there. There are no rules to brunch, I tend to present my sons with all their easter baskets and goodies during brunch. It is probably what I look forward to every single year.

PEEPS. TASTE. TEST. Yes, I know! Lots of sugar but we did this a couple of Easters ago and it was a big hit! Simply buy a couple of flavors (there are a bunch that show up in stores around this season and they are some pretty fun ones out there).

This is a good fun family activity, you simply take turns blindfolded.

You take a tiny bite and see if they can guess the flavor. You can also opt for a smell test if you prefer.

EASTER AND SPRING IS THE PERFECT TIME FOR GARDENING Most people plant new seeds at this time. I would recommend getting a small pot and seeds from a local flower shop and experiencing the lifecycle of a plant with your family. We like to name our plant, share responsibilities in taking care of it and document the stages.

SCAVENGER HUNT....

OH THE JOY!!

This is a big hit for every season. And thankfully there are so many fun printables online so you don’t even have to dream up one yourself.

To keep your hunt in theme, you can hide your clues inside of Easter eggs.

ARTS AND CRAFTS IS ALWAYS BE A GOOD IDEA Most times kids are out of school the week leading up to Easter. You can come together to make decorations for Easter or make crafts that celebrate the season like paper flowers and floral paintings or you can make more easter specific creations

SEND EASTER CARDS Yup, you knew this one was coming. The stationer in me can’t help it. In my opinion nothing is better than a handmade card. Plus this is an opportunity to help your loved ones feel special and loved. You can buy store bought ones and simply address them and write a special note or you can make your own card from scratch.

WATCH AND READ ABOUT THE EASTER STORY I personally never want the true reason of the season to get lost in the bunnies, carrots and egg hunts. So I make it a point to always point us back to the true reason for the season. Feel free to combine any of these tips to make one big activity (like we do) or do them individually (like we also do). There are no hard rules. The only rule here is to spend time together making memories.Happy Easter!!!

Tips for a Memorable Mother's Day Every year when springtime comes around, you might be asking yourself “how can I celebrate Mother’s Day this year?” The truth is, it is a special day not only for the amazing women we cherish but also a time filled with love and respect.

Motherhood is one of the greatest things in life and is a job that can be stressful, thankless, and at times, dirty. All the women in your life, whether they be friends, sisters, cousins, aunts, grandparents or mother-in-laws, deserve to be showered in love, so show them just how much you appreciate all they do with an intimate afternoon filled with flowers, food, and a few laughs.

CHOOSE A BEAUTIFUL LOCATION One of the best ways to make a simple gathering memorable is to choose a beautiful location. Choose a location or venue that is bright and has a lot of natural lighting.

CREATE YOUR GUEST LIST It can be hard not to want to invite every mom you know! I personally have a lot of family and friends who I would love nothing more than to honor them all, but alas, quality over quantity is best in this case. Mother’s Day is special to celebrate with those that are near and dear to you! Once you’ve narrowed down your guest list, consider sending a formal invitation in the mail. Depending on your brunch theme you may want to customize the look and feel of your printed invitations.

HAVE A THEME As silly as it sounds, make sure your brunch has a theme. It doesn’t have to be anything over-the-top but deciding on a general theme and color palette will help you layer in all of the elements throughout, like the invitation, tablescape, florals and serving ware. Keep it simple and feminine… think blush, pale pink, muted green and yellow

INCORPORATE DÉCOR There is something so special about sitting down to enjoy a delicious brunch at a stylish table. From the centerpiece to the cutlery, paying attention to these small but important details can really impress your guests! The key to a great tablescape is layering.

Create layers in your decor by adding beautiful florals, candles and stemware.

CUSTOMIZE A FUN MENU When creating a Mother’s Day brunch buffet, your possibilities are endless! You can keep it simple with fruit and appetizers, or offer a full breakfast bar with waffles and french toast. Perhaps also include salad and pasta and all kinds of sweet breads. If you’re anything like me though, you’re hoping that somebody remembers the champagne!

MIMOSAS!!!

Last but not least! My Favorite, MIMOSAS, always takes a party to the next level. Create a mimosa bar.

Provide champagne (and/or seltzer) on ice and a few juice choices. Mango, cherry, orange, strawberrykiwi, or pineapple go for it. Don't forget the garnishes: lemon, lime, and strawberry slices, and fresh cherries with stems.

I hope this gives you a few ideas about how to host a Mother’s Day brunch that is easy and beautiful. Most of all, if you are a Mom, I hope you celebrate Mother’s Day and every day!

Invest In Quality Supplies Invest in quality floral supplies is recommended to get the best out of your blooms. Consider getting a good pair of cutting shears, flower food, flower buckets and stocking up on the other essentials.

Play With Flower Vases Have fun with your vase selection. Play with shapes, sizes and texture. Pick colors that fit each room in your home and office.

Keep Flowers Away From Heat Keep your flowers away from excessive sunlight and heat.

CREATE MOVEMENT & TEXTURE BY USING DIFFERENT SIZE BLOOMS One of my tricks for floral design is to create movement in your arrangement. This can be achieved by picking blooms of different shapes and sizes. For example, you can use large and medium sized standard roses and finish with foliage and spray roses.

Designing is so much fun with a mix of playful blooms and designs.

Keep flowers hydrated

Keep your flowers fresh by cutting the stems at an angle.

This helps the flower stems soak up the water and hydrate properly. Remember to replace the water in the vase often. I recommend water change every other day..

1. Never invite a guest to the bridal shower and not invite them to the wedding.

Avoid uncomfortable encounters by abiding by this simple rule.

If you invite someone to your bridal shower, they should be on your wedding list.

2. If you send a save the date, you must follow with a formal wedding invitation.

Keep a digital copy in your phone and store in the cloud. Be sure to make print copies as well and take with you.

Working from home, dressing down and being comfortable in what we wear has been the new norm, but bolder styles, brighter colors, stripes and a lot of textured fabric will be in style this summer. The traditional suit still works for wedding days, funerals, lawyers and accountants but for everything else, it’s time to welcome in some new ideas.

This summer, a lot of mismatched suiting will be seen on our streets, by that I mean wearing separates. You will see guys wearing combinations like a green shirt, brown pants, light gray blazer with white sneakers. So I suggest you invest in a good tailored blazer, which could also be textured and definitely white sneakers as you cannot go wrong with those.

We have been indoors for a while wearing our grays and blacks and other darker colors, but now, I believe we are ready for more pastels and jewel tones, rich shades of pale orange and lilac, emerald green and sapphire blue, and trust me red is not left out. The tones aren’t blindingly bright but more washed through. And some men, as the trend has it, may even wear them with tonal variations of the same color for shirt and tie for that monochromatic look. It’s delicious, highly nutritious and food I have come to love and enjoy making. Mediterranean dishes are rich in flavorful ingredients like fruits, vegetables and healthy fats. It’s also associated with a variety of benefits and may help support brain function, promote heart health, regulate blood sugar levels, and more.

My favorite part of this salad is that it’s loaded with fresh ingredients and takes less than 15 minutes to prepare.

6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 to 2 teaspoons dried oregano 2 teaspoons of honey 1 clove fresh minced garlic Fine sea salt and black pepper to taste TO MAKE: Combine lemon juice and honey Add olive oil Whisk all other ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.

HOW LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE HAS CHANGED MY LIFE

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been active in the gym. From kickboxing, crossfit, rowing, cycling - you name it, I've done it all. I noticed that as I got older, my metabolism got slower and it was getting harder and harder to burn off body fat like I used to. As I ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, I found myself immersed in work to the point of ignoring my physical health and later in other parts of my lifestyle.

I became a full time business owner over 10 years ago and I jumped in full speed ahead. While I love what I do, I found myself developing some bad habits - not getting enough sleep, eating late, drinking less water, no time for self-care, consuming too much sugar and eating whatever I could get my hands on due to long work hours and late nights. If you are an entrepreneur, I bet you can relate!

Each year, I would promise myself that I would do better and fail! So what did I do next? I threw myself into more work and felt even worse. I was putting my clients and my work above my own wellness and happiness!

After many years of feeling bad for myself and wishing I did better, I decided to take action. I started getting physically active, then adopting new, healthier habits. I started with habits like healthy eating (I got in the kitchen and started cooking my meals), regular physical activity and more self-care and practice self love. No more negative self-talk.

I must say that I have never felt better. I have more energy and I feel in control of my life again. Although it may seem hard or sometimes impossible sometimes, after a while, if you stick with these changes, it becomes easier and these lifestyle changes become a part of your daily routine and life. Habits you will grow to actually LOVE! Once I made the choice to choose myself and take action instead of beating myself up about how I felt, my life took a turn - for the better! Once I changed my eating habits and what I actually put in my body, I could feel and see the difference.

The holidays have come and gone and most of us are back to our everyday routines. For many that means working hard to stick to the new year fitness routine, starting new jobs/business ventures, or planning for the year as a whole. For me, it’s a little bit of all of the above which leads to a massive balancing act. As I look at my life and what works vs. what doesn’t work for me I’ve realized that making small steps toward a larger goal works best for me. Example, I have a goal to strengthen my core and tone my abs more. I’m not going to workout that area of my body to the point of exhaustion, instead I have started to incorporate core specific moves into my existing workouts so that it doesn’t feel like another thing to do.

Preparation This one might seem obvious, but it is often a forgotten easy way to make our days a little easier. Think about it this way, when you spend the full day working and adulting the last thing you want to think about is preparing dinner and all of the pieces and parts that go along with that.

To make this task a little easier, I started cutting and jarring my most commonly used vegetables so that they are ready to be cooked.

I also like to prepare my snacks ahead of time so instead of going for something that may not be the healthiest, I have a better option immediately available. Some of my favorite snacks are.

Apples with peanut or almond butter Sliced oranges and grapes Dairy free yogurt with unsalted sunflower seeds, a few cacao nibs, and cinnamon Making this small change saves me time and stops me from grabbing an option that isn’t good for me.

Hydrate

I once heard someone say they don’t like water and excuse me? What?! Anyway, water is one of the best ways to flush toxins out of our bodies and help to reduce bloat. I like to start my day with a warm (not hot) cup of lemon water. It detoxifies the liver and can improve digestion and immunity.

Don’t Say Yes Out Of Guilt

This one may be easier said than done for some, but I promise you learning to say no is such a valuable skill to have. Think about it this way.

Have you ever had a day where you’ve worked all week and you’re exhausted? Someone texts you about a last minute plan? You don’t want to go,but go anyway and spend the entire next day begrudgingly tired. Sounds fun? Didn’t think so!

On the flip side of that, this also applies in the workplace. It’s ok to acknowledge that you’re currently at capacity and can’t take on more work instead of saying yes and feeling overwhelmed.

Write It Down One of my biggest mistakes was trying to keep everything in my head. While my memory is really great, no one person can remember every single detail. Write down your plans, write down your feelings, write down your goals. We need to read things multiple times before it sinks in, so why not free up your brain space and put pen to paper. I try to spend time each week writing down what I am grateful for as well as planning for my future goals. Having a reminder in front of me helps on those days that are not the easiest. Writing down how I am feeling helps on days when life feels heavy, and writing plans in my planner and saving appointments in my phone with reminders helps me to not feel stressed or always feel like I am forgetting something.

Because of her influence as well as my father’s, Manuel Tsing Lowenhaupt MD, I always aspired to be in healthcare. Though on the way, I worked in finance in New York, entertainment in LA at the William Morris Agency (now WME), but eventually came back to my roots. I realized that I wanted to connect to my history, my lineage, and help others to heal . I then went back to school to train as an EMT and eventually pursued a Doctorate in Eastern Medicine and Acupuncture.

During my training, it turned out I needed healing as well. In 2016 when my daughter was 1 year old, I had just finished breast feeding when I noticed a dimple in my breast. Given my studies, I knew this was a sign of cancer. Things moved quickly after I met with my physician. I had a mastectomy, reconstructive surgery, and I've been on hormone therapy for almost 6 years with another 4 years to go. I used acupuncture and Chinese Medicine to aid in my recovery. Because of the cancer and the medications, I was unsure if I would be able to have another child. However, using fertility preservation, IVF, acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, I was able to have my son who is turning 4 this summer!

After going through so much, and having such a positive health outcome - I wanted to give others the same sense of empowerment. Thus I created Moon Rabbit Acupuncture, a holistic eastern healing center in the West Loop of Chicago.

My goal was to have everyone walk out feeling better than when they walked in, to give everyone the opportunity to take control of their health and feel good about it.

You have to discipline yourself and be consistent with your morning routines. Once you start your morning routines, then you will see a change in your patterns and life.

TRY INCLUDING THESE PRACTICES IN YOUR MORNING ROUTINE TO KICKSTART YOUR DAY! Don’t be so quick to grab your phone.

Make your bed Meditate Journal Find time for gratitude Listen to music, audiobook, podcast or something inspirational Eat a healthy breakfast.

Set your intentions for the day. Make a to-do list.

Planning out the day and making a list of what needs to be done can help prepare your mind for the day ahead.

Exercise: Get some movement in by hitting the gym, doing some yoga, cycling or even a walk. Try to get in at least 30 minutes of movement in the morning.

Dress for success: Your clothing directly affects your mood and confidence so dress the way you want to feel.

The transition from winter to spring is one of my personal favorites. The sun rises earlier, the days are longer and the temperatures increase. The energy shift is just what the mind and body craves after the cold, dark winter months.

AND it’s super common to have picked up a few bad habits during the winter months.

(Myself included. No judgements) A little less movement because of the cold temps and the lack of sunlight An extra serving or two of your favorite comfort food A few more glasses of your favorite beverages Snooze turned into your morning bff

If any or all of this sounds like you… You are not alone.

The following 5 tips will give you actions you can take ASAP to keep your productivity and mood on the up and up as you transition to spring.

1. Focus on hydration: You’ll be surprised at the amount of energy you’ll feel when you are fully hydrated.

2. Set your alarm for the time you actually want to get up and skip that snooze button.

Trust me - you’ll thank me later. (Tell yourself… Ready, set, go and just pop up.)

Your brain is more powerful when you just jump and do.

3. Take some time for YOU in the morning.

When you can focus on you, your priorities, and get grounded it sets the tone for your day.

4. Avoid your phone first thing in the morning.

If possible don’t check your email, social, etc for 30-60 min. OR until you have completed #3.

5. Start and end your day with 1 thing you are grateful for to show some gratitude.

BONUS: Settle on no more than two small things you can accomplish per day. Not two projects - two reasonable tasks. Set yourself up for success and your productivity will also stay positive.

SHARE A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU I am a lover of all things FABULOUS!! I'm an only child by birth, but in every city I have lived, I always seem to get adopted into some of the most amaaaazing families – so with that being said I have a total of 27 siblings. My favorite color is red, and I looove Indian food - Like I am obsessed with it. If I were to give you 4 fun facts about myself, they would be:

I am obsessed with gadgets!

Anything that says it will make your life easier, I have to have it. I don’t like to cook anymore, but I have every slicer, chopper, wok and electronics known to man….. QVC, HSN, & Kickstarter are my best friends.

I LOOOOVE Brooches!! Little, big, extra-large – I don’t care, I Love them all!! Most times, if I'm getting dressed up to go out, I feel like my look is not complete if I don’t have one on. I currently own over 150 of them.

Most people would never believe me when I say this, but I am by nature an introvert. People always double take when I say that, but it's true. I tell people I am the most extroverted introvert you have probably ever met. I love alone time at home with a cup of hot cocoa (or a drink) curled up on the sofa watching TV or putting on a pair of sweats and tackling the mean streets of the Los Angeles Fashion District by myself.

In high school, I wanted to become a Mortician. The only thing that kept me from doing it was the distance. I low-key still would love to do it. Maybe I'll add it to my bucket list.

HOW DID YOU GET INTO TELEVISION? I actually got into television by accident. I always tell people I didn't go seeking after television, it found me. I have always loved watching TV because it had the power to teleport you to another place, or show you how the rich and famous lived. Never in a million years could I have imagined that I would ever see myself on my TV screen. I honestly saw myself working in Hollywood in another capacity, and honestly I believe I would have been content. My first opportunity for television was presented in 2010. I was invited by my mentor at the time to join the wedding team of a show on WeTV called "I Do Over." That show was centered around couples who had disastrous first weddings, and we worked with them and gave them amazing wedding do overs. That show aired in the fall of 2011.

ONE TO WATCH D. MICAH LINDSEY

WHAT DON'T A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT YOU? I remember the summer of 2010, disgruntled with my job in Chicago – I had no idea why, I just was. I heard Oprah speak these words one day while watching her show.

Well I distinctly remember saying, “Well God, can you please dream a dream for me? I release myself and my dreams into the flow of your divine force”. Well I had gone through the rest of the summer, and most of the fall – and nothing happened.

Well, in late September of 2010, I got a phone call from Harpo Studios. The voice on the other end was calling in regards to a questionnaire I had submitted about being an Ultimate Oprah Fan. She asked me a series of questions, we laughed, had a pleasant exchange and hung up. Little did I know that my prayer was slowly manifesting. In November I got a call from Harpo Studios telling me that I had been chosen as one of Oprah’s Ultimate Fan’s and they were inviting me and a guest to be members of the audience for a taping of her final season. I WAS EXCITED TO SAY THE LEAST!! I Go. I Sit. I See Oprah. I Fan Out! Remember the prayer, right? Well , as she is talking, I hear her say IT'S MY FAVORITE THINGS!!! I had scored a ticket to the hottest ticket on TV, Oprah’s Favorite Things!! You couldn't tell me God Was Not Dreaming Big For My Life!!!

A week after the favorite things taping, I received a phone call asking about coming to work on the TV Show "I Do Over" for WeTV. That meant quitting my job and moving to Los Angeles all within a span of 5 weeks. I may have been disgruntled with my job, but it was a steady and secure form of income for me. I told the producer that called to offer me the job, that I would call them back. A week and a half later, that safe secure job that I was scared to leave laid us off!! The next day, I called that producer back and accepted the job. You see God had made provision, because I would be receiving a severance package, unemployment and education benefits to help take care of myself while in LA. So, I made the drive from Chicago to Los Angeles. Now, I'm in LA, with no place to stay. I lived in my car for 97 days (with my dogs), and went to work every day.

No one knew! I made everyone think everything was OK. No one knew I cried myself to sleep at night. No one heard me tell God through the tears, “God I still trust you! I trust you enough to know that even if I moved outside of your will, that you are God enough to take my mess and turn it into a masterpiece”.

I share all of that to show that I did not let my fear stop me. I used it to keep pushing myself forward. I got my first apartment in LA after I finished taping that show. I have not been homeless since. I pushed through my fears - surrendered and released myself into God's divine flow. Now Look – I AM HERE (Praise God)!

INTERVIEW & SPOTLIGHT HOW DID YOU GET INTO TELEVISION? CONTINUED...

Then in 2013 I appeared in 3 episodes of Bravo TV’s Tamara’s OC Wedding (a spinoff show of The Housewives of Orange County – aired in 2014). At the time I was working for a celebrity event planner that recognized my love for interacting with people, and made me Tamara’s “Man in Waiting ''. That show was so much fun…..the way they had me diving across the dance floor to keep a suspended wedding cake from being hurled into someone’s face …. LOL …. I was exhausted by the end of the night.

In 2017 I was tapped to be a part of another Bravo TV show, as a member of “The Love Team” for To Rome for Love (which aired in 2018), which was filmed entirely on location in Rome, Italy. In that show I was a part of a team, led by world renowned celebrity event planner & relationship expert Diann Valentine – We took 5 African American women to Rome to find love with Italian men.

We vetted and set them up with numerous appropriate suitors, to help them see that they were enough and how much Italian men adored and celebrated them in all of their splendor. That experience has by far been the most rewarding. To get up every morning and be immersed in Italian culture was life changing.

Here recently, in 2021 I got a phone call from The Candy Queen herself, Jackie Sorkin asking if I would be on air talent and allowing cameras in to film us for this show on Hulu called Candified: A Home for the Holidays? This was all done in hopes of impressing a potential investor, who would hopefully fund our ultimate Candy Hotel in Tennessee.

Currently, we are in talks about a few more TV Shows for 2022!! Keep your eyes & ears open, great news coming soon!!

TELL US ABOUT THE NEW HIT SHOW "CANDIFIED" STREAMING ON HULU

Candified: A Home for the Holidays was an amazing show to film!! I mean seriously, I am the biggest sugar head you have ever met – CANDY IS MY LOVE LANGUAGE!! So you already know I jumped at the opportunity. Literally cameras follow Candy Queen, Jackie Sorkin and us her crazy eclectic group of misfits as we struggled through blood, sweat, and sometimes tears developing and implementing processes to build and entire full scale home out of NOTHING BUT CANDY!! I mean everything ….. if you could see or touch it, it was candy. From a sugar cube igloo dome, hard candy coated refrigerators, rock candy Christmas Trees, a candy incrusted functional train set, to buttercream coated wall paneling. EVERYTHING WAS CANDY!! Talk about sugar overload!!! The Cameras followed us through the mountaintop and valley low experiences as we tried to figure out what in the world we were doing. We were literally operating in uncharted territory. The was no blueprint for us to follow. There were no phone calls we could make to phone an expert. We were the experts.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BEING ON TV? My favorite part about being on TV …. Hmmm that’s a two part answer: 1) I love knowing that I have the ability to change the trajectory of someone’s life by something encouraging that I may have said. Through humor or my signature sassy quips, I love to make people laugh. Now My favorite part about being on this show (Ohh Chile I am glad you asked…..LOL) is I was able to be 100% my authentic self!! I was not overproduced or told that I could not say something for fear of taking the shine from someone else. I was free to be 100% D. Micah Lindsey – Unapologetically!!

2) My second favorite part about being on TV is the ability to use TV to fund and fuel my passion for event design. TV not only grants me the exposure to audiences that I ordinarily would not have access to, but it also provides the funding to bring to life event designs that have been rolling around in my head for a while.

WHEN YOU ARE NOT FILMING OR PRODUCING EVENTS, WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN? I am truly a homebody. Anyone who produces events, or works on TV around large groups of people will tell you, it’s a lot. So I look forward to having a few friends over for cocktails and some takeout. I live in Downtown Los Angeles, so I also love taking walks and taking in all of the historic architecture the area has to offer. Museum’s like The Broad & LACCMA are always a welcomed Saturday outing, but The Getty is My Favorite!

D MICAH’S TOP TIPS FOR ASPIRING ARTISTS LEAN INTO YOUR FEARS, AND USE THAT ENERGY TO PROPEL YOU FORWARD. SO OFTEN WE ALLOW OUR FEARS TO DICTATE TO US WHAT WE WILL NOT ACCOMPLISH, BUT I HAVE LEARNED TO FEEL THE FEAR, EMBRACE IT, AND LET IT FLOW THROUGH ME AS I TACKLE THAT WHICH HAS ME FEARFUL.
