Dale Odom and Cindy Newman are passionate about helping clients find and sell homes. They have something else in common. Dale, who serves as both a Realtor and office manager of the company, has been with Micki Blackburn Realty for 22 years. She is a consistent multi-million dollar producer. “Dale treats real estate as a full-time job rather than a part-time job,” says Micki Blackburn, owner of the company. “She works long hours and loves what she does for a career.” Cindy became a Realtor six years ago after working for an accounting office. She is also a multi-million dollar producer. “At first, Cindy didn’t want to leave the accounting industry, but now she tells me the best move she has ever made is getting into real estate,” Micki says. “She just wishes she had made the career change earlier.”
