AKASH ROGER

I am a passionate computational designer with a strong background in various design tools, including Maya, Rhino+Grasshopper, Zbrush, Houdini, C#, Unreal Engine, Keyshot, Substance Painter, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and many others. My expertise lies in creating intricate digital models parametrically using Rhino+Grasshopper and Maya. And use Houdini for Procedural Modelling.

I enjoy utilizing Houdini for procedural generation of models and methods, and my Rhino+Grasshopper scripts enable me to optimize and analyze building aspects like energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal, identifying areas for enhancement. My proficiency in Unreal Engine, Keyshot, Lumion, and Twinmotion allows me to create realistic 3D visualizations that aid clients in comprehending and making informed decisions about designs.

Collaborating with diverse team members from various disciplines is something I genuinely thrive on. I am passionate about utilizing my computational design skills to solve real-world problems and create innovative designs.

Design Morphine Masters accredited by University of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The Master's program consists of five Design Chapters and five Technical and Theoretical Labs over nine months, where we learnt advanced techniques and design processes from renowned designers and architects. Through the Technical Labs, students master a variety of software for parametric and generativedesign, like Maya, ZBrush, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, Houdini, Unreal Engine, C#,etc., as well as get to utilize Virtual Reality, visualize their concepts through the Media Lab using Unreal Engine, and work with Prototyping Machines and Swarm Robotics.

Bachelor of Architetcure (B.Arch) RV COLLEGE OF ARCHITECTURE affliated with VTU, Belgavi , Karnataka. 5 years of working in a dynamic and creative environment, where we honed our design skills, explored architectural theory, collaborated with peers on projects, and gained practical knowledge through studio work and hands-on experiences. Collaborating closely with diverse services including PTS, MGPS, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and hospitality, I adeptly coordinated with vendors and contractors. My responsibilities spanned vendor liaison, project management, and seamless coordination, ensuring the successful execution of multifaceted services and contributing to the hospital's upgraded and improved infrastructure.

At InFORM architects, I used Revit to create construction drawings and visualizations for the GIMSR hospital renovation project. This involved working with LiDAR scans and point cloud data to develop accurate 3D models of the interior spaces, and coordinating with the construction team to ensure that the designs could be implemented on site.

SY5 RESIDENCE RESIDENCE AT JAKKUR, BANGALORE

SY-5 Residence, nestled in the charming neighborhood of Jakkur, Bangalore, is a forthcoming architectural gem that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. This three-story edifice boasts a ground floor dedicated to ample parking. The first and second floors house cozy and modern 2BHK rental units, perfect for those seeking comfortable living in a thriving locality. Atop it all, the duplex is a stunning retreat for the owner, offering a luxurious and spacious abode.

However, what truly sets SY-5 apart is its captivating dynamic facade on the wider side elevation, making it a captivating focal point in the area. With construction underway, this promises to be a unique and stylish addition to Jakkur's architectural landscape.

CENTER FOR INNOVATION, IIT IIT ,MADRAS

The BIM modeling of the Centre for Innovation at IIT Campus Chennai is a cutting-edge digital representation created using Autodesk Revit. This comprehensive model spans from the structural framework to the outer shells and encompasses intricate details of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, raceway layouts, and LAN networks. Additionally, it incorporates 3D visualization, offering a dynamic and immersive view of the facility's design. This integration facilitates efficient planning, coordination, and management, enhancing the innovative environment at IIT Campus Chennai while providing stakeholders with a vivid, interactive understanding of the project's intricacies.

Construction of the Centre for Innovation at IIT Campus Chennai is underway, guided by the BIM model with 3D visualization.

A multi-layered evolutionary hybrid - Human 2.0 is an advanced hybrid design, brought to life with the aid of artificial intelligence, engineered to thrive seamlessly in diverse environments, encompassing land, water, and air. An amalgamation of traits from Aves, Pisces, and Mammalia, this female, asexual being has adapted essential functionalities from each phylum, empowering it with a super-evolved mind and a diverse skill set embodying the fusion of science and spirituality.

At the core of this evolved being lies an unparalleled repository of knowledge, encompassing technical, mechanical, architectural, fashion, self-defense, and every other facet of human understanding. This vast reservoir of information is accessible and utilized with seamless precision, allowing the hybrid to adapt and respond adeptly to any situation.

Voronoi geometry, a mathematical concept often seen in natural patterns, is employed to define the shape and add intricate details to the skull. This artistic choice creates an aesthetically pleasing and harmonious visual aspect to the hybrid’s appearance.
