SPA ETIQUETTE SPA GUIDELINES

A Spa is where we seek tranquillity, peace and serenity. Kindly silence your mobile phone and other electrical equipment when you arrive at the Spa and respect the other guests’ right to privacy. Appropriate Spa, bathing and gym attire should be worn.

GENERAL

Facial treatments are available for young adults aged 16 and over with parental signature.

Massages are only available for adults aged 18 and over. Young adults aged below 16 are not permitted to use the gym or Spa facilities.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment when making your Spa reservations. This allows us to assist you to select the best experience for you and be prepared for any amendments that may needed to be made to a treatment or room set up. We do not offer pregnancy massages.

At Zihn Spa, we invite all our guests to enjoy decadently appointed facilities separated

RESERVATIONS

To schedule an appointment for your preferred treatment, please contact our Zihn Spa reception team who will be able to guide your trough right choice. To ensure your preferred time and services availability we recommend booking in advance.

All Spa appointments are subject to availability and cancellation policy.

ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN PROCEDURES

We recommend that you arrive at our Spa reception 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment. This will allow us to discuss your requirements and fill in your consultation form. Arriving early will also allow you enough time to take advantage of our facilities. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time and the full treatment price will still apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% charge will apply to all treatment cancelled within 12 hours of your scheduled time. For non-arrivals of treatments, the full price of the service will be charged.
