TILLI

HI I’M AJINKYA

Welcome to my curated collection of CNI projects. My understanding of Creativity and Ideation is reflected in my approach to problem-solving and innovation. I utilize creativity to explore unique ideas, empathy mapping to understand user needs, mind mapping to organize thoughts, design thinking to foster a user-centric approach, and various design methods to bring concepts to prototype. These techniques help me create meaningful and impactful solutions in my creativity and ideation projects.

SPARKY & FLAMY TALES OF

INTRODUCTION

The aim of this task is to select a daily utility product and generate an empathy map to understand that product through its personality, characteristics, needs, behavior with different users, aspirations, and frustrations within its surroundings.

By delving into these aspects, it will generate a comprehensive understanding of how the lighter interacts with its environment and its users. This will help to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, ensuring that the lighter meets the diverse needs of its users effectively. The empathy map will help visualize the lighter's journey and its interactions, helping to create a more user-centric design approach.

MIND MAPPING

The aim of this task was to study the interactions of different categories of species within biodiversity, focusing on their surroundings and relationships with other species.

This involved generating a cumulative map to illustrate the interconnectedness between these species, considering their food habits, mating patterns, migration behaviors, survival instincts, and other ecological aspects. By examining these intricate relationships, the aim is to gain a deeper understanding of how various species coexist and affect one another, which in turn can inform conservation strategies and ecosystem management.

The chosen species was a ladybeetle (Coccinella transversalis).

LIFE CYCLE OF TILLY

The aim of this task is to select any small species and generate an empathy map to understand that species through its personality, characteristics, needs, behavior with different users, aspirations, and frustrations within its surroundings.

By delving into these aspects, it will generate a comprehensive understanding of how the ladybettele interacts with its environment and its users. This will help to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, ensuring that the ladybettele meets the diverse needs of its surrounding effectively. The empathy map will help visualize the ladbeetle's journey and its interactions, helping to create a more user-centric design approach.

Adult: The mature ladybug emerges from the pupa, ready to mate and begin the cycle again. Adult ladybugs live for several weeks to a few monts, feasting on pests and helping gardens around the world.

Eggs: Female ladybeetle lay tiny, oval-shaped eggs on the under-sides of leaves. These eggs hatch in about a week.

Pupa: After reaching a certain size, the larva attaches itself to a leaf or steam in a pupal stage. During this period, it under-goes a metamorphosis which lasts about a week.

Larva: Once hatched, the larvae consume aphids and oter pests. They go through several growth stages over 2-3 weeks, shedding their skin as they grow.

PROJECT DIBBI MORE THAN HUMAN

TILLI

The aim is to foster empathy for everyday species that play a vital role in maintaining ecosystems and improving biodiversity. This project focuses on enhancing urban building ecosystems, where achieving balance can be more challenging.

-DIBBI" is an innovative project aimed at creating a small, sustainable habitat for ladybugs using a matchbox. The goal is to establish a thriving ecosystem on a garden terrace of a high-rise apartment, where ladybugs can play a crucial role in maintaining environmental balance.

Ladybugs are known for their ability to control pests naturally, reducing the need for harmful chemicals. By providing them a cozy home in the form of a matchbox, we encourage their presence in urban areas, promoting a healthier and more balanced ecosystem. This initiative not only supports biodiversity but also demonstrates the potential for creative, small-scale environmental solutions in urban living spaces.

The habitat will include leaf for food, virgin female pheromones to attract more ladybugs, and a cozy space for laying eggs. sustainable solution

Terrace gardens in urban high-rises are unique ecosystems. Providing ladybug habitats in these gardens supports ecological balance and sustainability, enhancing urban biodiversity.

The matchbox is securely attached to a dome-shaped fixture that can be mounted on the terrace garden wall. This elevated design not only provides a charming and thematic touch but also ensures that the ladybugs are kept safe from predators.

The fixture clamp is a vital component of the DIBBI project. This fixture clamp can be securely mounted on the terrace garden wall. Its design ensures that the matchbox habitat is elevated. Matchbox home
