Home Nest Heating + Smoke Alarms The heating is on a schedule for your convenience but should you need it on longer, the nest dial is located in the hallway. The smoke alarms are smart and should any be set off we will call to check everyone is safe and can mute them remotely for you. Smart Lock Using YALE ACCESS you will have been issued a key. Open the app and press unlock to unlock the door, to lock it again, firmly lift the handle and wait for an audible confirmation.

SMART HOUSE Smart Services You have the use of Spotify, Sonos and Netflix during your stay across the smart TV and SONOS speakers in the house. To enjoy music on the speakers download or open SONOS S2 app whilst on the homes wifi network. You will find an account called Townhouse on Netflix for your use.

DRIVE If you have booked the entire Townhouse then you will have full use of the driveway. If you have booked the top 3 floors, excluding the apartment, we will have let you know if someone has reserved the apartment. In this instance we ask you ensure another guests car can park also.

whole family We love all family members, that’s why you’ll find a highchair, cot for little ones and, for your four-legged friends, dog bowls. We only ask you keep to the ‘paws on floors’ policy. That your dogs stay on the hard surfaces, unless on your lap and remain downstairs.

Filtered tap Enjoy the use of filtered water in the drinks pantry, it has a drip tray for any mess but it is not a drain so please don’t run the water into it.

MICROWAVE The right hand oven is also a 1000w microwave so please be careful not to overcook your food. You will find the instructions in the cupboard to the right of the ovens.

Hob To use the hob, hold the power icon bottom left, then the hob icon you want to use. Select the power by running your finger up the scale.

COUNTERS The beautiful worktops are Corian which can burn if hot pans are placed on them, please be careful whilst cooking, we have cork mats for your use.

SAFETY Tumble Dryer Please remember to empty the water and lint after each use to not risk a fire. Fire � First Aid There is a fire blanket for any kitchen emergencies and the first aid kit can be found in the utility on the shelving.

BBQ The BBQ is gas and the bottle is in the right hand wooden cupboard. Turn the gas on at the bottle, then on the BBQ. Please remember to clean after use and shut the gas off at the bottle.

FIREPIT There is wood for use in the firepit, please ensure the fire dies out naturally before leaving it unattended.

LIGHTS The garden can be enjoyed day and night, to turn on the lights use the switch located in the utility.

SEATING The outdoor sofas have cushions which are stored above the cupboards in the kitchen, please don’t leave these out at night as they will become damp for your next days use.

FIRE On colder nights its great lighting a fire. The fireplace is bio fuel and you will find bottles in the vintage dresser. One bottle will last 2 hours and once hot you can not refill, please let it cool completely before topping up.

GoodRoots is a short minute walk away from your stay and is perfect spot for morning coffees, pastries and brunch through to lunch. With a focus on local produce, you’re sure to taste Worcester here.
Fuego or PizzaFreakz are both great places for your pizza fix. Fuego if you’re looking for more of a restaurant, where they sell Neapolitan pizzas. PizzaFreakz is situated above a bar and sells pizza NYC style and by the slice!
Round the corner is Benedictos, a family run Italian restaurant where you feel at home the moment you are greeted. Truly authentic Sicilian cuisine.

The BurgerShop is walkable 10-15 minutes and is situated under the railway arches near Foregate St. They are focussed and truly exceptional ingredients and Sustainability
Tonic is a 15 minute walk away from your stay and is well worth the walk! Here you will find the most considered cocktails and greatest craft beer in town.
Hand in Glove + Hop Lords are both great places for a relaxed evenings drink, Hand in Glove is situated next door to Benedictos and a short walk form your stay. Hop Lords is a bar come shop with a huge variety of beers.

At a beautiful repurposed distillery at the Old Royal Worcester Porcelain site you will take charge of a mini copper still to create and distil your very own bottle of gin. The best way to experience the gin school is in a pair to share one of twelve workstations and nibbles are provided.
At their ceramic studio space, get creative and make a beautiful piece of painted pottery to take home! You’ll be seated at your own table, with a range of colours and tools to use, with staff on hand to offer inspiration and assistance if required.
Located in a repurposed railway arch in the centre of Worcester, their venue boasts 5 lanes for the ultimate axe throwing experience. Hosted by their AXE-PERT instructors you’ll soon be chucking the steel and competing against your friends, family or colleagues.
