New Technology Innovation Development One of the major problem areas in oil mills is the foots separations process. In most of the territories, it is a manual process & used to separate it manually and because of this, it is considered time-consuming and also high on operational cost.

Goyum technical saw this flaw and designed a foots separator tank. This equipment is being installed in the extraction line and it automatically separates the foots from extracted oil in less time and that too with low operational cost.

SpeedStack: Semi-automatic carton collating solution using hot-melt; eliminate single-use plastic over-wrap This conveyor-based equipment automatically creates stacks of sealed inner cartons based on the input matrix size. What it does differently than other collating systems in the market is that it uses hotmelt adhesive between every carton in the stack.

Hence, on exit we have a stack of cartons that is held together by its own. This eliminates the need of using plastic over-wrap to hold the cartons together for further packaging and shipping. The glue used is such that the stack does not break apart on its own but individual cartons can be removed when required without causing any damage to the carton surface finish and quality. SpeedStack can be customised to accommodate various carton and matrix sizes.

SmartPlot: XY Glue Plotter; dispense hot-melt in custom patterns on flat objects A two-axis CNC system for dispensing glue on flat objects. The machine can rapidly dispense glue in any shape, pattern or design. This system can primarily be used for custom paperboard products, POS displays, foam products, etc. This is a faster solution than hand application of adhesive. Achieve a better product finish and time & cost savings due to the uniform glue application.
