What’s The Buzz About Training
Ajax values their hard-working and dedicated employees. We want them to continually learn practical and safe techniques in any environment they may be working. Therefore, training continues year round at Ajax to enhance employees’ skills, keep them safe and knowledgeable. Also, our training allows managers and field staff to work collaboratively and gives them the opportunity to discuss innovative and creative ideas in the process. Employees have attended various training sessions, workshops and conferences such as FTBA, ACAF, Bid2Win Conferences, Traffic Control Training, Safety Briefings, TPR Workshops, Asphalt Paving Levels I and II, Asphalt Plant Levels I and II, Equipment Training, Smith System Driver Training, CPR and First Aid, as well as many other educational opportunities.
