For the main distillation mechanization, the water is pretreated on a mechanical and chemical basis to avoid scaling and early fouling of the boiling equipment.

The water is then pumped from the blending tanks to sterile high-speed bottling lines, removing any possibility of contamination from ambient air.

It grows by pushing out any oxygen that may have seeped into the atmosphere over the years. It becomes gas when it hits nitrogen. The gas expands and pushes out against the sealed plastic container which gives the ultra-thin walls of rPET the structural rigidity needed to stop collapsing during shipping and stacking.
