In March 2021, The Guardians of the Peace happened upon a sinister looking gathering where participants were presumably attempting to raise a demon of some sort.

What hope have the forces of the state against such powerful magic?
The magical spell placed on the witch to quell her diabolical activity

The witch is summoned to appear before the justices of the state
The witch must gather all of her magical tools
