Impacts Flooding
The goal of this study is to analyze the mobility, habitat, environmental concerns, and community involvement of the new town creek in order to transform it into a public infrastructure that supports both productive and leisurely activities. We’ll use a variety of strategies to do this, such as restoring the creek’s natural habitat, reclaiming land that has been harmed by industry, purifying the water, and enhancing site accessibility.

There There are different types of bird species more than 250 including migratory and resident birds.
Birds, face serious problem from accident with glass windows.
There is a death of almost 90 K to do like 30 K each year according to the research of NYC Audubon.
Bright light attract the birds and which leads to collisions.
Bird research can be done by various methods from the service of the local bird population to investigations into no birds, interact with their surroundings and meet other species. Also, to which species of the plant or trees they get attracted.
To provide birds with food, shelter, water, and other essentials, you can add features like birdbaths and perches, nest boxes. These are just some options available to create a bird-friendly environment.

Challenges : To restore forest and avoid deforestation, it is important to create bird friendly building facades, such as screen blinds with Sipll and BHI (bird hazard installation) half inch laminated glass with UV patterns.
Opportunities : Planting linear or buffer Gardens can help the bird stay on track by turning off unnecessary light. A terrace garden with features such as birdbaths and birdfeeders in the balconies, along with a solar fountain, bird deterrent, and bird deicer can create a bird-friendly environment.

Our strategic approach is focused on creating a sustainable and livable community that prioritizes the needs of the public and promotes tourism, while also incorporating SDG goals such as ecological sustainability and community engagement. We will achieve this by integrating artificial intelligence parameters to facilitate walkability, green infrastructure, public transportation, mixed-use development, and edge water reclamations, as well as creating public-drivens zones such as cultural destinations, plazas, public squares, and parks.
Our vision is to create a dynamic and diverse society that attracts visitors, supports local businesses, and promotes the health and well-being of its residents through access to cultural and recreational activities, while also ensuring the long-term ecological sustainability of the area.
