WILLIAM KU
William is an exemplary member of the Year 8 cohort whose positvity and kindness consistently uplif those around him. As a Homeroom Leader, William demonstrates maturity and integrity beyond his years, setng a strong example for his peers through his considerate actons and inclusive approach. His leadership is defned by quiet confdence and genuine empathy, helping to foster a respectul and collaboratve classroom environment. Throughout the year, William has consistently sought opportunites to contribute to the life of the Australian Internatonal School. His involvement in the Year 8 service project for the Orang Asli School exemplifes his commitment to helping others and his willingness to take initatve in community endeavours. At the Year 8 camp, William’s compassion and perseverance were especially evident; despite feeling unwell and facing challenges, he remained positve, supportve, and mindful of those around him. William’s strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and optmism make him a highly valued member of the AIS community and an inspiring role model for his peers.
Lower Secondary (Year 6-8)

Aurelia is a vibrant and imaginatve contributor to extracurricular Drama, bringing energy, humour, and creatvity to all the projects she has undertaken. In last year’s producton of Pufs, she took on multple roles with clarity, commitment, and consistency, always demonstratng a strong sense of focus and reliability. This year, she shone as the Ghost of Christmas Past in A Seussifed Christmas Carol, delivering a playful and memorable performance that captured the spirit of the piece. Aurelia’s passion for performance and her dedicaton to ensemble work have made her a valued member of the AIS Performing Arts community.
Lower Secondary (Year 6-8)
Billy is an outstanding young athlete who consistently demonstrates determinaton, versatlity, and a strong compettve spirit. This year, he achieved remarkable results, placing second in the House Athletcs Carnival, Third in Swimming, First in Cross Country, and frst in both the Team and Individual Biathlon events. His exceptonal performances earned him the ttle of Ultmate Biathlon Champion, recognising him as the fastest boy in the entre Secondary School.
Billy also represented the school with distncton as part of the Junior ACSIS Swimming Team, where he won a silver medal in the 50m Backstroke and gold medals in both the Freestyle and Medley Relays. In additon, he has been a key member of several teams, including U11 and U12 Boys Football, Middle School Track and Field, U12 Cross Country, U19 SEASAC Cross Country, and U12 Rugby. Billy’s commitment, sportsmanship, and passion for competton make him a standout athlete and an invaluable member of the AIS sportng community.

MADISON KAHN
Madison is an exceptonal and modest young athlete who consistently gives 100% efort in everything she does. Her dedicaton and determinaton have led to an outstanding year, placing frst in both the Athletcs and Swimming Carnivals, second in Cross Country, and frst in the Individual Biathlon. Madison was also named the girls ultmate biathlon champion, taking the ttle of fastest girl in the whole of secondary. Madison has proudly represented the school in U14 Touch, Middle School Cross Country, and U12 Track and Field. Her humility, strong work ethic, and team-frst attude make her a respected teammate and an excellent role model within the AIS sportng community.
Upper Secondary (Year 9-12)

AYAAN GARG
Ayaan is an exceptonal student leader whose enthusiasm, initatve, and dedicaton to the Australian Internatonal School community are truly commendable. His leadership extends across multple areas of school life, where he inspires others through his example and commitment. As the founder and mentor of the Build a Business CCA, Ayaan guides younger students in developing fnancial literacy and entrepreneurial thinking, helping them design and implement creatve business strategies. He also mentors peers in the Model United Natons CCA, sharing his experience to build their confdence in debate, collaboraton, and global awareness. As an Internatonal Leader, Ayaan plays a central role in organising cultural initatves that celebrate diversity at AIS, including events for Chinese New Year and Vesak Day. His involvement in the Student Media Team further highlights his creatvity and teamwork, as he contributes through photography, interviews, and flm projects for school communicatons. Ayaan’s commitment to holistc development is equally evident in his partcipaton across numerous CCAs—from badminton and tennis to basketball, chess, and swimming— demonstratng balance, discipline, and passion. His initatve, reliability, and genuine care for others make him a standout ambassador for the values of the Australian Internatonal School.

NIKITA BHANDARI
Nikita’s dedicaton to service and community engagement has made a lastng contributon to the Australian Internatonal School. As one of the founding members of the Student Media Team, Nikita has been instrumental in shaping its growth and success. Her creatvity, professionalism, and initatve have established the team as an integral part of student life. Beyond her work in media, Nikita demonstrates consistent reliability and commitment, supportng numerous school productons behind the scenes and contributng to the smooth running of events across the school. Her leadership and compassion are evident through her actve involvement in initatves such as the Menstrual Product Drive, the Cambodia Book Drive, and various community fundraisers. Nikita also seeks to extend her learning beyond the classroom, drawing on her experiences from internships to bring fresh ideas to the AIS community through initatves such as the Financial Literacy Club and Improvisaton workshops. Nikita’s initatve, service, and sense of responsibility exemplify the values of the Australian Internatonal School and highlight her as an outstanding ambassador for its spirit of community.

ATTICUS ADAMSON-BOOTE
Atcus has been a passionate and dedicated contributor to extracurricular Drama over many years. Whether backstage or onstage, he has consistently brought creatvity, leadership, and commitment to every producton. His standout performances as Lurch in The Addams Family Musical and as the hilariously over-the-top Black Stache in Peter and the Starcatcher showcased both his comic tming and refned performance skills. Beyond the spotlight, Atcus has been a generous ensemble member and mentor, supportng fellow students and staf with positvity and professionalism throughout every rehearsal and performance.

WU MENGXI
Mengxi is one of the most outstanding young artsts at the Australian Internatonal School, achieving an extraordinary milestone as the winner of the Creatvity in the Arts Award for 2026. A dedicated and gifed Visual Arts student, Mengxi recently exhibited her work at the Louvre Museum in Paris, an exceptonal honour for such a young artst. Her artwork was showcased through Singapore’s Feiry Arts School and Gallery, and in February 2025 she held her own solo exhibiton at the Louvre. The exhibiton received critcal acclaim and ofcial recogniton from Chairman Dean Martal Chmielina of the École supérieure d’Art de Dunkerque-Tourcoing, one of the world’s leading art insttutons. A promotonal video of the exhibiton captures Mengxi standing proudly beside her artwork in her AIS uniform—a moment that beautfully refects her creatvity, confdence, and dedicaton. Her achievement demonstrates not only her exceptonal artstc vision but also her commitment to excellence and innovaton in the Visual Arts. Mengxi’s success brings immense pride to the Australian Internatonal School community and embodies the spirit of the Creatvity in the Arts Award which celebrates imaginaton, creatvity, and artstc leadership.
WILLIAM MAXWELL
William is an exceptonal all-round athlete who demonstrates skill, determinaton, and sportsmanship across every sport he partcipates in. He consistently performs at the highest level, representng his teams with pride and commitment. This year, William placed frst in both the Swimming and Athletcs Carnivals and second in the biathlon showcasing his versatlity and compettve spirit. He was a key contributor to multple school teams, including the AISA Games Touch, Basketball and swimming teams as well as representng the school in ACSIS & SCC U16 Rugby, U16 Basketball, U19 Basketball SEASAC, and U15 SCA Cricket. William’s dedicaton, teamwork, and passion for sport make him an outstanding role model for his peers.
Upper Secondary (Year 9-12)
Charlote is an exceptonal athlete whose talent, determinaton, and commitment are evident across multple disciplines. This year, she excelled in House compettons, claiming frst in Swimming, Cross Country, and the team and Individual Biathlon. Beyond her individual success, Charlote has been a valuable team player, representng the school with distncton in the ACSIS Swimming team, U14 and U19 Netball, U14 Track and Field, and High School Cross Country.
