This traditional Indonesian home offers a serene and inspiring space, reflecting the client’s deep connection to nature. The open-plan living room, with its large windows and wooden exterior, creates a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Designed to provide comfortable and sustainable living in the hot climate of Banjarmasin, South Borneo, CL House is a cluster housing project. The project prioritizes natural cooling solutions. Cross-ventilation, high ceilings and minimal partitions are used to create spacious and airy interiors.
The design incorporates vegetation on the porches and roster brick walls that provide privacy while allowing natural light to further enhance the indoor environment. The minimalist aesthetic complements the overall focus on functionality and energy efficiency.

This modern minimalist home offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city in the heart of Lubang Buaya, East Jakarta. With a compact footprint of 70 square meters, the design makes the most of space while maintaining a sense of openness and airiness.
Inspired by the region’s tropical climate and rich cultural heritage, the home incorporates elements of traditional Indonesian architecture to create a harmonious blend of contemporary style and local charm. The design emphasizes the use of natural light, ventilation, and sustainable features to create a comfortable and environmentally friendly living environment.
Pinang Community

The Pinang Community is a transformative urban development project designed to revitalize the densely populated Pinang Ranti neighborhood in East Jakarta. Guided by the conviction that the residents’ robust sense of community and shared values will foster a dynamic and nurturing living environment, the project is poised to become the very exemplar of urban regeneration.
In response to the community’s prevailing collaborative ethos, the Pinang Community project incorporates a variety of shared public spaces and amenities. These include a communal sports area, a multifunctional hall, open parks for children, vertical public housing, and a community market. These spaces are intended to facilitate social interactions, encourage the adoption of healthy behaviors, and improve the residents’ overall quality of life. By addressing existing environmental challenges and creating a more supportive living environment, Pinang Community strives to empower residents and enhance the resilience of their community.
