Hi AIESEC !

Thank you so much for all member of AIESEC in Universitas Andalas for your effort that you have given all this time. You have sacrificed your time, money and power to be here. Without you this local entity would be nothing.

There are a lot of positive impact that you have given to the society through your activity in AIESEC. Project that we presented to society had run well. These all happened because of your leadership, your potential and your effort that you put into them.

We wish what you want to gain while you stay in AIESEC would be achieved. We want your leadership would be developed more and you’ll become someone better that standing on the same line with the successful figures.

Exchanger Update

AIESEC Bukber was held on Saturday, May 18th 2019 to build and maintain relation with all member in Ramadhan.

EWA Gathering EwA (Engagement with AIESEC) is an opportunity given by AIESEC for External to contribute with AIESEC, through the opportunity to become Host Family and Intern Buddy for 6 weeks. Host Family is consists of at least one parent who invites an Exchange Participant from a foreign country to live together in one house for a certain period as long as the Exchange Participants do the project. Intern Buddy is a person who will accompany the Exchange Participants during the project within 6 weeks in the city of Padang and is a representative who will introduce Indonesia especially the city of Padang to the Exchange Participants.

This event was held on Sunday, May 26th 2019 to provide Education to Host Family and Intern Buddy about Do and Don't when the Exchange Participants comes to Padang City.

BCP & GCP

OGV GCP - Info Session OGV with EP Returnee and New EP Sharing BCP - Physical Marketing Activity not maximal

OGT GCP - Tracking applicant regularly - Documents of EP are being collected - Clear recruitment process and induction - Physical marketing activity (spread flyer) BCP - No efficient marketing activities has been done because of the university timeline

iGV GCP - Fast to follow up EP - Good process time - iGV members are very concerned about the success of the EwA Gathering event - Highest number of accepted compared to the previous months (February, March, April) - IGV members have started preparing for summer project and an audit BCPÂ - TM department is lacks of preparation in the EwA Gathering event
