AIESEC Egypt Non-corporate Exchange Projects

Why X-Projects? As a youth-run organization we strive for making a difference, breaking stereotypes and bridging gaps. The AIESEC message works on achieving all of that but how do we make the process more efficient to deliver quality results? We divide our labour, cluster our target and the end result is... Exchange projects!

69

Exchange projects provide: 

Concrete products to NGOs and all other stakeholders

Direction to the members

A qualitative increase in output

A more directed analysis and market segmentation

What is our relevance to the market? The Egyptian market is now more open to understanding the potential of youth. The idea of volunteerism has become popular over the years and the NGO sector is expanding, thus, they are in need of an increased amount of educated labour force. AIESEC provides:

Organizational development

Selected foreign talent

Enhanced image and diversity

70
