Dear Applicant,

I am really excited that you have decided to make a step forward in your life and challenge yourself to become a LEADER. Being a leader is not an easy task, you are going to be responsible for your team and you will have to show strength even when the situation might be really difficult. Yet it is one of the most amazing experience we can offer you. Becoming a Team Leader is a huge step in order to get outside of your comfort zone and find your true potential.

I really believe that with your genuine intentions and will to change things for better we can improve our committee, city, country and the world itself.

Requirements So what does it take for you to become a leader of your own team?

1. First of all you need to submit filled questionnaire by Friday 04.06.2017, 20:00 CET, to following email addresses (both of them): • daniela.skojcova@aiesec.sk • marika.kanderova@aiesec.sk Content of the questionnaire must stay as it is, however you can change design as you wish.

2. You need to be a FULLMEMBER of AIESEC in Nitra.

3. You have to participate at all LC meetings, FA meetings, Trainings, LEADERSHIP BODY MEETINGS that will happen periodically during your term as a Team Leader. First introductory meeting will take place in June. Second one will be held in September.

4. You have to take part of all local and national conferences (SumCo, LIC, DARE, LEAD).

5. You have to actively participate in the AUTUMN recruitment in order to help you recruit and select your team.
