LC Meeting On august AIESEC in Binus held LC meeting where the team talked about the progress of the organization, like the Join AIESEC's progress and each functional progress. In this session team also announced the RnR.

Impact Circle: #innovativeYOUth

On September 18, 2020, AIESEC in Binus held a webinar entitled "Impact Circle: #innovatoveYOUth".

This webinar carries the theme How Technology Improve YOUth's Financial Lives, which is a form of support for Sustainable Development Goal 8 (SDG 8): Decent Work and Economic Growth. This event invites three speakers and one moderator who are great and experienced.

This session was filled by Karaniya Dhamasputra who is the President of OVO and CEO of Bareksa.

Karaniya discussed the importance of young people to manage finances wisely and correctly.

Deliver by Gitta Amelia who is Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia, Founder of EverHaus, and CoFounder of Secondate Beauty.

Gitta discusses the importance of managing personal finances. In addition, Gitta also gave a message to the delegates to be wiser and allocate income and expenses in their daily lives.

Filled by Fellexandro Ruby who is an Entrepreneur and Content Creator from the Thirty Days of Lunch Podcast. This session was delivered quite uniquely, which Fellexandro and the moderator delivered in an atmosphere like a talk show. They share experiences in financial matters.

This event was successfully hosted by Timothy Ronald as the moderator of the event who is the Co-Founder of Ternak Uang and Financial Influencers. With 3000+ registrants and 2000+ delegates attending through Zoom Meeting and YouTube, AIESEC in Binus successfully spread information about the importance of finance to people.

Not only from Indonesia, it turned out that there were delegates from abroad who also took the time to attend this event, such as from Singapore, Turkey, and Africa.

Team Days Team Days is an internal event held by AIESEC in Binus with the aim of improving engagement between members and to get to know each other better. Team Days also a virtual touchpoint for members during a pandemic and a place for refreshment. Why can it be a place for refreshing? Because in this event, the functional Talent Management team prepared several events such as playing and watching a short movie together.

The games we play together are Skribbl.io, Connect the word, Excel Pixel Art, and Truth or Dare

This internal event was held on September 6, 2020, and was attended by AIESEC in Binus members. Even though the situation forces us to meet virtually, but through this internal event, the members still feel close to each other and they have also become more bonded than before.

The members feel happy because they can get and play together.

And for a short movie, we watched "Anak Lanang".

FGL Succession Class Attended by EB, MB, and staff this event was successfully organized by FGL and TM. The purpose of this succession class is to provide insight to members from other functionalities about what the jobs and responsibilities of the functional of FGL are, and so that FGL can also measure the high role interest of members to this functional.

Then, after the speakers delivered the material, the members that were present were asked to answer some of the questions given so that the speakers could know whether the material presented was clear or not.

Functional of Finance, Governance, and Legal (FGL) from AIESEC in Binus held a succession class on September 10, 2020. This time, FGL is working with the functional of Talent Management (TL) to hold an event where members will be invited to get to know FGL better. This event is held through virtual meetings on Google Meets at 13.00 - 15.00 WIB.

FGL hopes that with this succession class the members will understand more about how to manage finances in an organization as is usually done by FGL.

Lead Space: Self-Awareness Lead space is event where AIESEC IN Binus team gather to share experiences and also learn something new about leadership skill.

In august AIESEC in Binus team focuses the lead space on one of the most important leadership skills of all time which is self Awareness. The session explain wthat selfawareness is , how self awareness can impact others in the organization too and many more.

In the meeting AIESEC in Binus team also get to share their experience, like what is their purpose when they joined AIESEC , the feeling they get when they lead a team and many more.

J.A LIVE BINUS INTER

LCP Election Approaching the end of the 20.21 term, AIESEC in BINUS held the LCP Election to choose their next leader. The election was held on October 10th, 2020, at 7 pm.

There, the candidate will elaborate on her vision, mission, and agenda. The other members can also ask questions regarding the candidate's ideas and get to know her even more.

At the end of the event, we get the result that Alinta is elected to become LCP in the next term

Next Step

LCVP Election We held another election to decide who will help our leader in the next term.

These people are called LCVP (Local Committee Vice President).

The LCVP election was held on October 25th, 2020, at 7 pm.

Here, the candidate will elaborate on their vision, mission, and agenda.
