General Information 1. Your application must be sent in PDF format to hugo.munarini@aiesec.net by 23:59 (Albanian time) of January 25th.

Timeline Jan 18th – Applications’ Launch

2. Applications sent after the deadline and/or in different formats will not be accepted.

3. If you are applying for more than one role, please answer the questions for all of them.

Jan 25th – Applications Deadline Jan 26th – OCP Interviews Jan 28th – Results (Expected)

4. Your application must be answered in English and all questions must be fully answered. If not, the application will not be accepted.

5. Be straightforward and clear in your answers.

6. Feel free to create your own layout/design for your application – as long as it does not affect its reading.

7. The size of the font must not be less than 12.

8. The PDF file of the application must be saved as “NameSurname_OCPEvent” (for OCPs) and “NameSurname_OCEvent” (for OC Members), for example: HugoMunarini_OCPYouthSpeakForum or HugoMunarini_OCSprinCo.

9. Feel free to consult the Conference Manager (Hugo, MCVP B2B), OCPs and OCs of previous editions of the events/conferences for further knowledge.

What does it mean to be OC of a national event?

The role of the OC of a national event is to serve the MC (which serves the LCs), by realizing the MC’s ideas, dreams and plans for the event.

OCP Job Description OC Team Management - Guarantee that the Conference Plan is delivery in the deadlines and with quality by all OC members.

- Facilitate team direction; - Team Management; - Create, review and manage the conference plan, and report regularly to the Conference Manager; - Hold team members accountable to team plans; - Lead by example; - Build and bond OC team; - Provide personal and professional development for OC team members; - Build a positive working environment; - Be present at all time as the final responsible for the Conference Organization General Event Management - Assist MC representatives with logistical organization of the conference/Event; - Manage the relationship with the venue with the Conference Manager; - Ensure financial policy and procedures are maintained before, during and after the conference/event; - Help on fundraising for the Conference;
