Digital Guru Accountable to: MCVP BXP Duration of the role: 6 months Time required: 10 hours per week Activities: Educate LCVPs MKT about branding; Create templates/materials for promotion of our products; Develop and improve AIESEC in Albania web page; Manage AIESEC in Albania social media channels; Research and apply global designing trends.

Requirements: Intermediate designing skills (Adobe, PowerPoint and WordPress); Organization Skills; Proactive Attitude; Time management; Knowledge of global AIESEC branding; Experience in MKT (preferred).

KPIs: Number and types of templates/materials created; LCs using national templates and materials; % of growth of visits to website; # of ideas/projects implemented into the website; # of leads for youth and for enablers.

Finance Manager Accountable to: MCP

Duration of the role: 6 months Time required: 10 hours per week Activities: Research and apply for grants; Research potential funding opportunities for operations; Support the transition to virtual accounting system; Co-create finance plans and framework; Educate LCs on finance to ensure sustainability.

Requirements: Passion for filling out applications (and for money!); Attention to detail; Finance and Accounting knowledge; Punctuality.

KPIs: Amount of $ received from grants/sponsors; Finance framework creation and implementation; Finance education materials creation and delivery.
