MCP Message Dear Applicant,

One year ago, I was in your position by opening the application booklet. Back then , it was not even in my mind that this application could change my life as AIESECer and as a human. This aiesec journey has been one of the best decision I have ever had in my life and my current position as MCP always reminds that I am here for a greater purpose, for something above me, for something bigger than me. I am here to serve AIESEC in Greece and at the end of my term to leave this entity in the safe hands of my successor bigger, better and healthier. This journey taught to me on how to lead as role model, people and teams that are leading people and teams and altogether shape Greek Leadership for our plenary. This journey taught to me on how to manage with responsibility and maturity every challenge and work hard to achieve for our organization. This journey taught to me in how to represent a youth organization with huge history and keep alive its long-last memories. And all these because I never stop to show my PATHOS for the entity, and I chose to… EXPLORE the UNSEEN for AIESEC in Greece, Vasia Kardasi MCP 21.22


MCP Responsibilities Organizational Development • Envision and strategically design the direction of the entity • Design and execute the MC planning process • Long-term strategy creation • Decision making for the growth of the entity • Coach of MCVPs in order to make the entity grow • Ensure the common culture of the entity • Management of Board of Presidents • Strategic Capitalization of Supervisory Group

Team Management • Selection of MC Team Define the MC structure • Organize and run the process of MCP election • Ensure the personal and professional growth of the MC team • Host team spaces that tend to the well being of the MC team. • Build and implement management tools and principles. • Organize and run MC Team Days, • Align and coordinate MCVPs during conferences and events, run MC weekly Meetings, • Ensure all MCVPs have a correct plan and job description • Run HR processes in the MC

Planning • Organize and manage the process of planning • Build and implement tracking systems and decision making process, • Track, review, and coach MCVPs on the strategic plan • Support on budgeting and financial decision making.

External Representation • Represent AIESEC in Greece globally • Represent AIESEC in Greece externally as Greek leadership youth organization. • Ensure collaboration and drive of the global network • Alumni capitalization Opportunity seeker on external environment

Governance • Legal representative for the state responsibilities • Ensure the integrity internally based on compendium and constitution • Ensure the fulfillment of Global Membership Criteria

• The application package must be sent to Vasia Kardasi MCP 21.22 at vasia.kardasi@aiesec.net & Election Manager Georgia Vasileiou at georgia.vasileiou@aiesec.net. • Name of the file MCP2223_ApplicantName_Surname and theme of the email MCP 2223 Application Name Surname, all files must be in PDF form and the folder in a .zip form or .rar form. • For any question regarding the application contact MCP 21.22 and election manager. You will receive a confirmation mail validating your application within 24 hours after you submit your application. • No late application will be accepted • No incomplete package will be accepted


Application & Communication Guidelines Application Guidelines • A successful application consists of a folder in .zip or .rar form that includes: • Questionnaire - 12 pages max (PDF) • Blank Paper -showcase your dreams about AIESEC in Greece -1 page (PDF) • -Biography -Let people know you better through one page of biography – 1 page (PDF) • 3 endorsement letters - 1 from a person that you led, 1 from a person that led you 1 and from an external. 1 page per letter with signature of the one they endorse you (PDF) • Executive Summary -Summarize your proposals – 1 page (PDF) • Video - In a video describe your vision, motivation and strategies for the next term max 5 mins – Submit 1 PDF file with the link in open access. • (Internationals Only) Visa Process: please provide an official document that justifies the process for visa type D for Greece (PDF)

Communication Guidelines • Applicants are not to use their personal social media to promote their own application proposals, strategies or propaganda. They may not promote their application to the AIESEC network outside of the means provided by the process. After the applicants are validated, they will be allowed, for a to be specified time period, usage of MC team’s Social Media accounts to better showcase their application and proposals. • Applicants are also allowed no more than two emails to the Greek AIESEC network across their whole process, and with the election manager & MCP 21.22 also in copy.

Silent period

• After the validation of the application package MCP applicants must enter a silent period to ensure complete focus on the process, encouraging applicants to show their full potential during the election process. In this period they are not allowed to communicate with any other AIESEC member regarding the ongoing MCP Process and may refrain from network communication and network management obligations during this period.

How do you evaluate the network management of the past 2 terms (20.21, 21.22)? How do you envision network management in your term? Where should we focus per layer (EB, TLs, MBs) ? Provide actions about on how you would your network to be led and managed.
