More than one cooperate but one of it need to be full membership or first year in member in alert #Base on AIESEC in Taiwan Compendium 8.2.3.4 You need to hand in closing report to FN subcommittee and Eliesha within a month after conference finished

APPLICATION QUESTIONNAIRES Motivation of conference bidding A. Please describe the bidding motivation of the conference your LC is going to bid, and what kind of value your LC want to have after holding this conference.

Past experience of holding conference A. Please list down the conference that your LC have hold in recent 3 years with the following content : Conference Name (2) Term of hosting (3) Financial status of conference (Earning or Deficit / and its amount) Human resource of OC team A. Please draw the structure of OC team(OCP and OC FN are required).

B. Please describe the JD of each position in OC team.

C. Please List down the potential OC of each position, describe their past experience, and attach the agree ment of OCP with signature.

D. OCP need to attend bidding event to present rough concept of conference(LCP can be the OCP proxy).

Logistic proposal for conference A. Please propose main venue and accommodation of bidding conference.

B. The accommodation price per person per night should less than $600 NT dollars. Â

APPLICATION QUESTIONNAIRES Financial Status and Budget A. Please show the maximum cash amount of your LC which can be turnover to support confe rence operation.

B. Please fill the budget proposal in the attachment.

External Resource A. Please list down the potential partners, your past cooperation experience, current status w ith the partner and concrete target purpose of this conference (ex : cash amount / material sp onsorship amount‌).

B. Revenue from external resource should less than 10% of whole revenue in the budget.

Agreement of LC A. Please show the agreement(in picture way) of LC to hold this conference.

B. Signature of all EB or cosign of over 2/3 LC member.
