General Information

Conference Introduction Conference Key Message 大膽挑戰，創造無限 Dare to lead. Create our future.

Conference Objective 1. Newbies know why AIESEC exists, how AIESEC do to achieve our vision, and what AIESEC do currently to cultivate youth leadership.

2. Newbies have commitment to AIESEC and know what to do in AIESEC to achieve their personal development goals. They are eager to take AIESEC exchange and proud to be an AIESECer. 3. Newbies dare to take leadership role in the society, and believe youth is the fundamental solution with maximum possibility.

4. Newbies are equipped basic skills of function operations.

• Facilitators are required to participate training day in following day:

Facilitators are required to participate pre-meeting before conference. If there’s any obligation can not be fulfill, AM has the authority to change the Faci allocation.

North - FJU, 2019.10.4 (Start at 13:30) South - CCU, 2019.10.11 (Start at 13:30)

Rights • •

The transportation fee for a round trip is subsidized by E&C. The accommodation during conference and pre-meeting are covered.

The meals are covered during conference.

Selection Process (1) All the questions and video should be completed in English.

(2) Applicants can design your own format for the following requirement. Use your creativity.

(3) All the files (Application Package) should be compiled in one zip./rar. file.

(4) Please name application package and subject “1920_AIESEC_in_Taiwan_Autumn_NC_Faci_Application_LC Name_English Name� and sent to MCVP TMOD Tracy Huang (hsiangchi.huang@aiesec.net) and taiwan@aiesec.net before 2019.09.11 23:59.

(5) No complete application and any delay hand in will not be accepted.

Facilitation Challenge

1. Record maximum 3 mins video with clear “English” delivery and share with plenary your imagination of 2019 Autumn Newbie Conference and The AIESEC way. ( YOUR VOICE AND IMAGE SHOULD BE CLEAR ENOUGH ) 2. Record maximum 3 mins video with clear “English” delivery and share what is your life changing experience in AIESEC and How did it connect with leadership? ( YOUR VOICE AND IMAGE SHOULD BE CLEAR ENOUGH ) 3. Please upload both video to Youtube and provide the link separately.

1. Choose ONE of the session below and design the session by session form. ● AIESEC Adventure [ Newbie will experience Team journey. They will have a lot of outer journey and then you need to facilitate their inner journey, making them reflect their position in the team.] ● What We Do, Why We Do [Newbie already known about what AIESEC provides, and then we need to connect them with “why” AIESEC exist in the world ] ● .
