Concept logo由代表台灣青年的中文字「人」同時傳達著台灣人的溫暖、熱情和獨特性，以及 代表來自世界各地青年的英文字「Y」所組成。 兩個字代表台灣與世界相遇和相互交流。整體色彩表示全世界的多元文化。

it plays with the Chinese character word “人” as Taiwanese youth, expressing Taiwanese warmness, passion and uniqueness, and the english character “Y” as youth from world. 2 words mean that Taiwan and world exchange and meeting together. the color scheme representing the all the various cultures of the world.

Concept logo整體由不同的簡單幾何組成，代表著多元文化、不同的觀點及領導的多面向。線條概 念來自中國書法字，黑色（灰階）代表筆墨，也表示慎重及質感。紅色（亮點）則同時代 表臺灣人的熱情及中華文化喜氣的感覺，而圓形表示領導整合的概念。整體視覺意象同時 具有散播（影響力）及收斂（整合）的概念。

The logo is overall consisted of different simple geometers, representing multiculturalism, diverse views and multidirectional leadership. The concept of lines is from Chinese calligraphy. Grayscale represents pen and ink, as well as prudence and elegance. circle presents leading integration. Overall visual image is provided with spreading (influence) and converging (integration) at the same time.
