Entity Control Board Chair Application Form

ROLE of ECB Chair • Entity Control Board is an entity controlling body working on the cases related with exchange standards and ER Principles of AIESEC entities and physical AIESEC Members.

• A Powerful ECB Chair is the last decision making body on national level in regards to Exchange policies and entity standard regulation principles. A division, working directly with its MC, ICB & GFB to ensure that the best Standard and Customer Experience is delivered to every customer and stakeholder in each entity.

• Role of ECB is to make the entity more customer centric and ensure leadership development by fulfilling standards in every AIESEC product.

Job Description • Case Solving Based on XPP and deal with the cases which are submitted to ECB • NPS Responses Rate & Ensure each EP fill in NPS Survey on EXPA (For GV: Two Weeks after project end; For GT: First survey is on two weeks after internship start, secondary survey is on two weeks after internship end) • Ensure Exchange Participant Policies be informed to all the EPs and all the LCEB, and make sure LC do the education on it.

General Requirement • Applicant must have at least LCVP Product or LCP Experience • Current LCVP Product is NOT ALLOWED to submit

Working Policy • Working Hours: 9 hours a week (Based on the cases) • Term Duration: 2018/8/1 - 2019/7/31 • E&C Reimbursement (Attending National Event or necessary meeting with MC Members)
