Why this award ?

There’s a saying :”Leaders will succeed if they have a well beginning in the first 100 days of their term”. To encourage LCs to be early eagle to succeed in the first quarter that can lead to the success for the whole year, we set three prizes in Early Eagle Award.

Best X Achievement Award • Award criteria Project : - No. of Raise + Match OGX DT : - No. of raise OGX 3T : - No. of match + realize ICX : - No. of raise + match

The LC who win in the most criteria will get the award !!

Best X Progress Award • Award criteria Project : Relative growth of Raise + Match OGX DT : Relative growth of raise OGX 3T : Relative growth of match + realize ICX : Relative growth of raise + match (Compare to the same time next year)

The LC who win in the most criteria will get the award !!

Best AIESEC XP Award • Award criteria - No. of X+L match - Execution rate of recruitment - % of GCM usage - % of completeness of LC website - Completeness of alumni database + alumni resources engaged in Q3 - No. of campus partners engaged in LC/EP recruitment

Prize of each award • Winner of each prize will get

1 free conference quota + 1 free X quota

Reminder • Any questions about the criteria please confirm with MCVP • The duration of award is from 7/4 ~ 10 /31 • Conference quota is only for 2 day conference • If no LC win more than 1 item, MC will come out another way of calculation and make it transparent
