Dear all from AIESEC in NTPU in 2022 Q3Q4, welcome to the EB application form! First of all, I hope you all have a good MB experience and are not afraid to think about the next step, which is to apply higher role. The challenge for a team leader is about understanding every team members by really “listening” to them, and it took me a semester to learn when being a Middle. However, being a vice president, most of the time, is about putting your self-interest aside and focus on the development of other people and LC, even NTPU; is about seeing developing talents for leadership and impact as priority; is about having countless conflicts with other EB teammates due to different personal values. Though sometimes chaos is unavoidable, eventually you will find that you grow so much and this is the so called cross-cultural understanding in the challenging environment. Annie Yang

The Objective of APF
The application form is a process that helps the candidates to understand the role they are applying for, they can see this as a chance to self-reflect and find out what they care, what development they expect themselves to have in NTPU, and what they want to create in the future. After handing in the APF, the candidates will go through the subcom (interview) phase. APF is the step that helps you figure out the mindsets, skills, knowledge you need to have for being in that position. It is a “Know-what” step.
