The National Youth Development Seminar is an induction conference which is specially held for new recruits in order to welcome them into AIESEC and to help them understand how AIESEC operates. It will be a 3-day long conference which will host delegates from 11 different local committees. NYDS'22 will have various activities to help delegates network and learn the functional aspects of AIESEC, all while making countless memories!
