Hello my name is _____________ and I am an Independent Sales Representative for AVON We are looking for people in the area who might be interested in buying AVON Products or earning extra money by selling AVON Products. (Pause for a response). If there is no answer I ask "Do you currently have an Avon Representative?"... If yes, ask "Are you satisfied with her service? Or have you ever been approached by her to start selling Avon yourself?"... I would never steal a customer or try to recruit some ones customer...I tell the recruit to "let the Representative know if you are in need of anything" and tell them to have a great day! If they answer that they don't have a Representative ask "Well, would you be interested in receiving brochures from a neighborhood representative? Or would you be more interested in learning how you can become a Representative yourself?" Wait for callers response. If they want to be a customer, tell them you will drop off a book in the next day or two along with a few samples. If they want to hear about selling, start giving them some basic information about how AVON sells itself if they just get the brochures out and to let everyone they know know they sell Avon... continue from here...
