this is the Pelham Cares Deck 3D model. I wanted to go with a more modern look and try to mix it with the 90s style that the building has. I used glass railings I found on Home Depot as well as pine wood and #220B-7 Paint Stainer (Electric Orange). I thought that the blue and orange would compliment each other extremely well, and that the white aluminum on the railings help to bring together the building and deck due to the buildings white accents.
