International Women’s Day Celebrating International Women’s Day with the Prefect’s Challenge, to celebrate this year’s theme; Choose to Challenge. The prefects set a series of challenges for which the girls accrue points which will be combined for clan totals. “A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day. We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge.” International Women’s Day, 2021 We were overwhelmed with the number of entries and eagerness from pupils who completely threw themselves into competing, with many pupils learning new skills or showcasing existing talents.
