MISSION, VISION AND VALUES
MISSION
All Hallows’ School is a Catholic girls’ school within the educational and spiritual tradition of the Sisters of Mercy. Our inspirations are Jesus Christ, Gospel values and the life and faith of Catherine McAuley. Our community works to nurture and challenge our students within a dynamic and holistic learning environment. We educate young women in readiness to embrace their future with confidence and self-knowledge so as to live out Gospel values.
VISION
To inspire young women to a life of faith, compassion, learning and leadership in the spirit of Mercy.
VALUES
We seek to intentionally form young women whose words and actions embody these values:
Respect
Integrity
Service
Compassion
Joy
Justice
We acknowledge that All Hallows’ School stands on Turrbal and Jagera land. We pay our respects to Elders, past, present and emerging. This has always been, and always will be, a place of teaching and learning connected to country, culture, community and spirit.

COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARDS
Sister Mary Ronan Community Service Award
Sister Mary Ronan taught at All Hallows' School for 43 years from 1929 until 1972. During this time and up until her death in 1989, she advocated for the sick, the poor, the grieving and the lonely. Sister Mary Ronan encouraged All Hallows' School students to believe in the power of prayer and their responsibility to assist and support those in need. She spent many hours visiting the socially disadvantaged in the Spring Hill and Valley areas, visiting the ill in the Royal Brisbane Hospital and responding to any requests for help from the Mater Hospital and St Vincent's Home. In 1984, Sister Mary Ronan received an Australia Day Citizen Award in recognition of her work in the Brisbane community. Her generosity and unselfish support truly characterised her as a person of great faith in God who lived out the spirit of Mercy in her actions for the School and wider community.
This Award is presented to students who have consistently displayed behaviour and attitudes which demonstrate the spirit of Mercy at All Hallows’ School. In addition, these students have demonstrated a commitment to the service life of both the School and the wider community by their contributions to approved activities over a four-year period. This Award is granted to a student only once during her time at All Hallows’ School. Her first opportunity to receive this award occurs in Year 10.
