Tween DIY Kit: Twine Lantern

Starting March 1 / Kids’ World

Turn a balloon, twine and glue into a rustic lantern. Pick up supplies at the Kids’ World Desk or request to pick them up at the drive-up window or bookmobile by contacting kids@ahml.info or 847-392-0100. Grades 4–6.

Tween Gaming

Gaming hours begin at the hour listed and end 30 minutes before closing.

Drop in and play Nintendo Switch, PS4 or Xbox One X. You must have a library card to check out controllers for 30 minutes of gameplay.

Books ‘n Bites: B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Book)

Join us for a special “Bring Your Own Book” edition of our tween book club where you will get to share a book you’ve read recently and enjoyed with the group. Find your next favorite read during our book tasting and then make a book-themed craft. Grades 4–6.
