agriworld frantumatrice di sassi La fs frantuma qualsiasi tipo di sassi bonificando i terreni ad una profondità da 100 mm a 400 mm per destinarli a culture pregiate, soprattutto vigneti e frutteti.

La velocità di lavoro della fs viaria fra 300 e 900 m/h a 2000/2200 giri/motore per cui i trattori devono essere dotati di superiduttore di velocità o cambio vario. Per ottenere il massimo rendimento dalla fs, i sassi devono essere portati in superficie (prelavorando il terreno con un tiller tip) o frantumando i sassi in andane con distanze di circa 6/8 m (con un andanatore asl).

Sui sassi calcarei e spigolati, sono consigliati i martelli tipo stamp, mentre sui sassi silicei, granitici, di fiume e non fissi, aventi un diametro massimo di 150 mm, sono consigliati i martelli tipo special. La durata dei martelli è relativa al grado di abrasione del terreno e dei sassi. Inoltre la fs è impiegata per bonificare terreni seminativi, foraggiere, orti, strade e piste da sci.

Frantumatrice di sassi | Stone crusher | Broyeur de Pierres stones crusher The fs crush any kind of stones at a depth from 100 mm up to 400 mm, for valuable culture especially vineyard and orchard. The forwarding speed of the stones crushers is 300/900 m/h at 2000/2200 rpm engine then the tractors must be supplied with the creep gear or vario gear. To get the maximum output by the fs you have to bring up the ground the stones (tilling the fields with a tiller tip) or to collect the stones with a windrower asl and to crush the stones in rows at a distance of about 6/8 m. We advice to use stamp hammers on the lime multiform stones, we advice to use special hammers on the flint, granite river stones not fixed with a size not over 200 mm diameter. The life of the hammers is relative to the degree of the abrasion of the ground and stones. Besides, the fs are used for reclaiming vegetables, sowing fields, roads and ski tracks. broyeur de pierres Les broyeurs de pierres fs broyent tout sort de pierres á une profondeur de 100 à 400 mm. La vitesse d’avancement des broyeurs fs est de 300/900 m/h à 2000/2200 tours/moteur, de ce fait, les tracteurs doivent être équipés de superréducteur de vitesse. Pour une bonne performance des broyeurs fs, il faut prelabourer le terrain avec un tiller cultivateur, de façon à ce que les pierres montent en surface, ou faire des rangés de pierres avec une andaineuse de pierres et passer le broyeur directement sur les rangés espacés d’environ 6/8 m. Pour les pierres calcaire et multiformes on conseille les marteaux type stamp; pour le cailloux (silex) de riviere avec un diamètre de 150 mm on conseille les marteaux type special. La durée des marteaux dépend du degré d’abrasion du terrain et des cailloux.
