The RACGP has released a second draft of the Standards for general practice residential aged care (1st edition) for feedback from members and stakeholders. This second consultation will include piloting the draft Standards, subject to the COVID-19 recovery phase, and we are pleased to announce that AGPAL has been selected by the RACGP as the preferred provider to conduct the pilot. These Standards were developed specifically to improve patient care and address the barriers that general practitioners face when delivering such vital care in residential aged care facilities. To ensure the Standards are fit-for-purpose, we encourage you to review the draft and provide your feedback to the RACGP. https://bit.ly/QN20_RACGP-ACD
