The project explores the transformation of a modernist apartments block through strategic architectural interventions aimed at increasing densication and revitalizing communal spaces.
The design focuses on four key interventions:
• Rooftop additions
• Rooftop terrace refurbishment
• Facade renovation
• Plateau revitalization

Embracing sustainability and urban renewal, this contemporary approach enhances the built environment while respecting the block’s modernist architectural identity.

A residence with an expanded functional program
This concept was acquired on the basis of the study of key factors affecting function and human habitation, such as geographical position,climate, views, lighting, noise, nature etc.
As a result i managed to generate a composition of 4 elements where each one has its own functions and features.
