ABOUT ME

I have been a Graphic Designer for over 15 years and believe that design transforms everyday life. I specialize in Brand Identity because it connects with an internal search about how we show ourselves to others.

Building visual identities is one of the challenges I enjoy the most. I am a curious person who thrives when researching and looking for solutions to creative problems. I am passionate about being able to tell stories that connect with others through my work.

Born in San Juan, Argentina, I lived in four countries before returning to Buenos Aires. Learning to communicate in other languages has allowed me to live experiences and connections with people from other cultures, which has enriched my vision as a designer and it is one of the reasons I enjoy working with multicultural teams and clients from all around the World.

Welcome to my portfolio,

Soledad

RAR DESIGN

RAR DESIGN is a multidisciplinary company with projects in areas such as Design, Architecture, Engineering, and Real Estate Development. They needed a striking visual identity working across different platforms and formats. Playing with contrast, the half-moon represents a self-supporting structure and symbolizes a constructive element in the visual identity. A group of graphic resources was designed to support the corporate identity.

ARGENTINA TEXAS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

The Argentina-Texas Chamber of Commerce needed a new logo inspired by the Organization's motto: "Business Relations in Action." I worked on developing pieces for their visual identity with a dynamic, modern result that managed to stand out on different platforms.

The ATCC continues to grow, so does its Brand Identity.

TEFL - TEACHING ENGLISH AS A FUN LANGUAGE

Teaching English through dynamic and fun exercises to keep engaged and focused as students are themselves teachers of ESL (English as a Second Language).

The challenge for the TEFL brand consisted of two premises in the client's Brief. Using a rocket in the logo to represent the dynamism and value of knowledge and that the client had the freedom to continue the development of content creation from Canva.

In addition to the TEFL logo, I designed a presentation template and 3 short videos in Canva as a reference for the classes.

MEDIA LITERACY GUIDE FOR PARENTS

The Media Literacy Guide for Parents is a project developed by EPA and Meli for Parents with a consortium of several European organizations.

I worked on the editorial design and illustrations of this valuable material so that parents can learn about media literacy and be closer to the technological world in which their children live. The guide is translated into 6 languages and it was a fantastic experience to work for such a diverse team.

RAR SOLIS REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT

A real estate development project under the umbrella of RAR DESIGN. RAR SOLIS is a residential building project in Olivos, Vicente López, Buenos Aires. In the vicinity of the Olivos Marina and the Río de la Plata River, the project would have been constructed with high quality and open space design.

To promote and sell the project I designed the logo with the Compass Navigation Star, as a metaphor for finding yourself on the horizon, finding yourself at home. A brochure was developed as a sales point to show quality and specifications.

A personal project on social media to promote crafts, knitting, sewing, etc. The idea was to create a community to introduce different entrepreneurs and craft-related topics.

I was inspired by a visit to the MAK Museum in Vienna, Austria. The story* behind this image and my fascination with Art Noveau and Deco Movements inspired me to create this logo, from the typographic design to the visual identity of the content grid.

It is also a tribute to the women in my family, who passed on to me the legacy of “creating” through their hands.

*The story that inspired me.
