Many of these activities above can be completed virtually in a team’s meeting: community resources, discover your why, identifying personal work values, Humans of Agilec, love languages, Share what skill or competency you’d like to improve and why, Share a resource/item from the office that makes your life easier/more efficient/positive Food bank- Show team members some items you have to donate to a local food bank, if everyone lives in different geographic locations, talk about what food insecurity looks like in your community- is it similar or different to other team members?
Fun for Everyone!
Activities are always more fun when everyone has the opportunity to participate, here are some accessibility points to consider:
Everyone processes information differently, always invite people to share but allow them to pass if they need some additional time to reflect. Allow options for how people want to share with the group- some like to talk, others may feel more comfortable typing in chat, sending an image, or “liking” someone else’s comments.
TRANSFORMATIONAL WELLNESS refers to having values and beliefs that provide a sense of meaning and purpose to your life and considering whether your actions align with your values. This includes accepting and understanding your own feelings and expressing emotion in a constructive way. It is also the ability to manage stress and cope with life’s challenges.
Here are some suggested activities (but feel free to come up with your own!!):
YOGA STRETCH; MEDITATION SESSION
Watch a youtube guided meditation session, or ask a team members to lead one!


Nature Walk

Life Lessons
Sharing lessons you ’ ve learned so far in life Share book/movie excerpts that have impacted your life https://www.futureme.org/
Write an email to yourself, schedule it to be emailed to you in future, reflect later.

Ego Boosters
Make an envelope for every team member and then anonymously write positive traits, words of affirmation, postive feedback about colleagues and deliver them (Vday style) Make sure that you give an ego booster to every member of the team!
