Activities are always more fun when everyone has the opportunity to participate, here are some accessibility points to consider:

Everyone processes information differently, always invite people to share but allow them to pass if they need some additional time to reflect. Allow options for how people want to share with the group- some like to talk, others may feel more comfortable typing in chat, sending an image, or “liking” someone else’s comments.

Teach each other something that is not work related that you know about, or know how to do Some examples could be Reiki, knitting, how to throw a curve ball, etc.

Identify one of the ideas to focus on and focus on learning about that area/topic through research, experience or some other way. Be prepared as a team to share what you learn with other teams, teach each other something that is not work related that you know about, or know how to do Create vision boards – collage (bring in magazine clips/pictures), do this independently and then share a picture on the teams chat.
