Tips to Help Keep Your Children Healthy During the Winter

WINTER When winter arrives, the cold begins to feel day by day. Therefore, it is crucial to know how to care for our children to keep them healthy. Respiratory diseases, flu, and catarrhal processes are the most pediatric pathologies when winter arrives.

Children are especially vulnerable to cold temperatures. Consequently, they are more prone to contracting diseases, especially if they have daily contact with other children. The childhood immune system is not mature like that of adults. Therefore, their defensive capacity is less when the child is exposed to wind, cold, and rain.

Influenza Symptoms of this disease are high fever, headache, cough and runny nose, wheezing, malaise, and muscle pain. These symptoms can lead to loss of appetite and irritability.
