the homes we build are true Lifestyle’s first show-home served to establish a new identity and value for lakefront properties in Chestermere. Due to the excitement created; Lifestyle built several more estate homes abutting the lake. This experience proved invaluable as the Company earned an enviable reputation as an estate and executive home builder. Opportunities to broaden its portfolio came quickly and Lifestyle expanded its selection to include affordable family homes, first time move up as well as laned starter and semi-detached product. The Company’s latest development is a 31 unit 50+ Adult Community villa style “pocket neighbourhood” called the Parkhouses in Okotoks.
