AREA PROFILE

ABOUT ELBOYA the community to the northeast section and is very similar to its neighbour to the west, Britannia. Both these communities are separated by Elbow Dr with Elboya being the more recreational district, filled with many parks, playgrounds, community centres, river activities and great outdoor recreational facilities.

Properties in Elboya are a good mix of single family estate homes with some multi-family options close to Macleod Trail.
