The East Midlands One Public Estate programme
supports a locally led partnership of public sector bodies by providing the environment and mechanism to collaborate around public service delivery strategies and estate requirements.
We help partners to connect and repurpose the public estate for HOUSING, REGENERATION and other locally, regionally and national determined priorities.
Local Authorities across the East Midland Combined Authority footprint –City, County, Borough, District and Town.
Central Government Departments – Cabinet Office, DWP, MOJ, MOD, Highways England, Environmental Agency, Local Government Association.
Health Service providers – Local and National – Acute, Community and Primary.
Blue Light Services – Police, Fire and Ambulance.
