BIOGRAPHY
Robin Cameron, (née au Canada en 1981, vit et travaille à New York) a étudié à l'Université Emily Carr à Vancouver et a reçu une maîtrise à l'Université de Columbia, New York, NY en 2012. Des expositions solo lui ont été consacrées à Art Metropole, Toronto et ROOM EAST, New York. Son travail a été promis au Whitney Museum of American Art. Une sélection complète de ses livres est conservée à la bibliothèque du MoMA. Ses livres d’art ont été présentés à l’Institut d’art contemporain (ICA) de Philadelphie, chez Art in general, association artistique new yorkaise, au Centre ressources du New Museum et au Musée d’art contemporain de Chicago. Elle a été membre du jury pour la Bourse destinée aux livres d’artistes et a participé à une résidence du Banff Centre, au Canada. Elle est actuellement représentée à New York par ROOM EAST.
Robin Cameron, (b. 1981, Canada lives and works in New York) studied at Emily Carr University in Vancouver and received an MFA at Columbia University, New York, NY in 2012. She has had solo exhibitions at Art Metropole, Toronto and ROOM EAST, New York. Her work has been promised as a gift to the Whitney Museum of American Art. A comprehensive selection of her books are held in the Library of the Museum of Modern Art, and they have been presented at the ICA in Philadelphia, Art In General, the New Museum’s Resource Centre and the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago. She has served as a jury member for Printed Matter’s grant Books For Artists and she has attended a residency at the Banff Centre, Banff, Alberta. She is currently represented in New York by ROOM EAST.
