Cele modułu kształcenia • Przekazanie wiedzy na temat teoretycznych i praktycznych zastosowań kategorii płci kulturowej w antropologii kulturowej oraz w badaniach z zakresu nauk społecznych i humanistycznych.

• Prezentacja różnorodnych teorii dotyczących kulturowego zróżnicowania płci.

• Przekazanie wiedzy dotyczącej studiów nad płcią kulturową oraz antropologii feministycznej.

•

Zaznajomienie studentów z niejednoznacznościami kategorii płci biologicznej i kulturowej.

•

Przekazanie wiedzy na temat społecznego i performatywnego konstruowania kategorii kobiecości i męskości w różnych kontekstach kulturowych.

•

Przekazanie wiedzy na temat ścisłego powiązania między koncepcją płci kulturowej a studiami nad pokrewieństwem i rodziną.

•

Przekazanie wiedzy na temat relacji między płcią, religią, językiem i państwem.

Przygotowanie do zajęć: Przygotowanie diagnozy nt. zagadnienia płci kulturowych w wybranych aspektach życia społecznego w Polsce (praca w grupach): zajęcia nr 2 i 3 (2.03 oraz 09.03) Przeczytanie powieści s-f U. LeGuin „Lewa ręka ciemności”: zajęcia nr 4 (16.03) Przygotowanie i prezentacja wybranego tekstu na zajęciach (2 lub 3 osoby): zajęcia nr 5-14

2. Przygotowanie 15 minutowego referatu na wybrany temat w ramach 3 Minikonferencji Antropologicznej „O płci kulturowej” (2 osoby): zajęcia nr 15 (08.06.2016)

Uwaga: Obecność na wykładzie nie jest obowiązkowa, aczkolwiek: a) W trakcie zajęć będzie puszczana lista uczestników na użytek prowadzącej (rozliczenie z przeprowadzonych zajęć); lista nie ma wpływu na ocenę końcową b) Studentka/student musi być na zajęciach, na które zobowiąże się przygotować diagnozę oraz wybrany tekst. W razie złego losu (choroba, wyjazd etc.) należy się zamienić z kimś tekstem (studenci uzgadniają zamianę tekstu między sobą) -

Niestawienie się w ustalonym terminie na konferencji będzie skutkowało oceną niedostateczną (oczywiście z możliwością późniejszej poprawki ). Poprawka przedmiotu = egzamin ustny na podstawie wskazanych lektur

Po zakończeniu przedmiotu studentka/student: • Rozumie różnicę pomiędzy kategorią płci biologicznej i kulturowej.

• Rozumie mechanizmy konstruowania społecznego i performatywnego płci w różnych kontekstach kulturowych.

• Potrafi posłużyć się kluczowymi kategoriami z zakresu studiów nad płcią kulturową oraz antropologią feministyczną.

• Jest świadomy głębokich powiązań pomiędzy płcią kulturową a innymi polami rzeczywistości społecznokulturowej.

Potrafi zdekonstrować mechanizmy wytwarzania i kontestowania płci kulturowej.

Potrafi kreatywnie zintegrować różne perspektywy badacze i teoretyczne dotyczące zagadnienia płci.

Orientuje się w rozwoju zainteresowań płcią kulturową nie tylko na gruncie antropologii ale także innych nauk społecznych i humanistycznych.

Potrafi świadomie wychwycić, opisać i zdiagnozować zjawiska relacji między płcią kulturową a innymi fragmentami rzeczywistości społeczno-kulturowej.
