You Are What You Eat

What NOT to Do, Unless You Want to be Sick and Tired and Have Unhealthy Weight Stick to You like Glue.
This phrase “You Are What You Eat” is well known around the world, but do you really know what it means? Literally, your body rebuilds itself (cells, bones, bodily fluids) using the materials it gathers from what you eat and drink.
Think about a plant that thrives on water, sunlight and proper soil conditions. You take great care of this plant by giving it what it needs. Then you decide to change up its diet. Everyday you pour soda instead of water. Even if you keep everything else the same, is the plant going to thrive on the soda? What about if you put chips and fast food in the soil? Would you expect it to be healthy or get sick? Our human bodies are similar. We need natural food and water, not modified, fried, sugary “food”. If you are dealing with health challenges, your nutrition is the first place to start making changes! In a time where our first response can be to go to the doctor (who is paid by insurance, who is paid by the pill producers). There is no wonder why almost everyone we know takes at least 1 prescribed or over the counter drug per day.
What if you didn’t have to be dependent on the pill bottle for every sniffle and scratch? It's time to take your health into your own hands!
● Reduce your stress levels naturally ● Shed unhealthy extra weight (emotional and mental weight counts ;) ● Change your life for the better
If you’re asking, Where do I start? That’s a great question!
Start by adding more | Fruit Produce Water | to your daily intake.
Once you do that, reducing the junk will get easier, because your body will be comforted by the natural foods (just like the plants).
