Our Methods We are currently developing a television program entitled ‘Africa Property Investor’ with an International Television network.

Africa Property Investor is a 13 part property series which takes place across Africa, highlighting important factors about specific countries, cities, suburban life and investment, highlighting schools, facilities, transport and more. There are many engaging features including a competition called ‘Guess the Price’ that will result in 1 winner for every show.

6 locations will be chosen from across Sub-Saharan Africa representing a thorough cross section of property, landscapes, budgets and local facilities. Each location will be selected on the basis of its ability to meet the necessary requirements for successful FDI within the real estate industry.

Our Research API have conducted extensive market research and have surveyed over 1000 people of African decent. Our research shows that less than 10% of our audience have invested in to the African property market.

Many African economies and enterprises have received widespread negative press over the years which has put off investors, but due to more accurate and factual reporting in the main stream media, interest is increasing.

What our Audience Say Our research showed a lack of education within African Property information.

Some individuals attempted to invest and were successful, however unfortunately the majority of investors had a negative experience and continue to share their negative experiences with others.

Research tells us that there is a growing appetite in the diaspora to invest in Africa, if the right information and guidance is provided by a trusted source.

Our results were astounding, one in every four candidates surveyed, would invest in Africa for investment reasons. A staggering one in every three would buy property back home in their country of origin, to reconnect with their

roots.
