Georgis and Mirgorodsky Architecture Architect, Nov 2016 – March 2020, New York, NY ‐ Worked closely with firm principals and in-house interior designers to design luxury single-family residences, including new construction and renovations. ‐ Produced schematic design renderings to show architectural details and interior design sensibility. ‐ Filed projects for building permits in NYC and eastern Long Island, including Landmarks and DEC Wetlands reviews, in collaboration with expeditors. ‐ Produced contract drawing sets, including coordination of structural, MEP, lighting design, and landscape consultants. ‐ Reviewed shop drawings, answered RFIs, and led site meetings. ‐ Designed and detailed custom furniture pieces, collaborating with multiple vendors to resolve constructability challenges.
