At American Family Housing, innovation in housing is paramount. Building on the success of our first shipper container community, Potters Lane, we went on to use shipping containers to build Isla Intersections and used modular to create Casa Paloma. We reduce construction costs and save time in partnership with experts such as KTGY Architecture and Planning, Prefab Logic, Econ Construction, Nashua Builders, and AMJ Construction Management.

American Family Housing (AFH) provides individuals and families the support they need to achieve stability, recover from challenges, and pursue their life goals. With an understanding of the barriers faced by those experiencing homelessness, we offer proven approaches that improve lives and save taxpayer dollars.
Housing is the heart of our mission, the simple yet cost-effective solution that takes rental housing and tailors it with supportive services and accessible design.
Many tenants and clients come to us out of homelessness. We believe that everyone, regardless of their circumstances, deserves access to an affordable home where children can study, and families can cook meals together. Housing should be accessible to all, which means we have to work alongside our tenants as they address life‘s challenges, pursue their goals, and achieve what we all deserve: a community where they BELONG.
